in other words I think you are better off attaching about 3 or 4 of these together to make a full size shingle so it will be easier and faster to install.

Hey there, I work in general construction and have installed roofs. with this type of small shingle even with two people working at full speed it will take a long time to finish the job, also is it for the whole roof or just the south facing part of it?

This solar power alternative seems like it may be cheap, but the fact that price wasn't even mentioned leads me to believe quite the opposite. I saw a video about solar film that was printed and would substantially reduce cost. Great idea, though I can't stand the way that dude pronounces "roof."
