This book is titled "Xing Ming Fa Jue" ... more simply, the Method of Life and Spirit. It was written by Dragon Gate Master Zhao Bi Chen and given to his disciple Niu Jin Bao in 1928. Niu Jin Bao was Niu Sheng Xian's father and mentor. Zhao Bi Chen is more famous for founding the Qianfeng Pai (Thousand Peak School) near Beijing.
