  • Finally someone who does these correctly. Great form. There are many videos on here of people using more weight with awful form (see kimsquit).

    i'm gonna be working my shoulders tomorrow. ill definately be including the arnold press. hopefully i can build up to fifty pounds in each hand within the next few months haha

  • You should sub. but yeah, i dont think i can arnold rpess shit,. i can only press 75s-85s on seated mil for one strict rep.
