  • Thanks for not perpetrating any cynical interpretation of Star Trek. Interesting borg storyline!

  • How about this as a theory? This was such a small one off attack, that it isn't common knowledge. When Picard first experienced the Borg, he didn't get much chance to cross-reference. Any discovery of a previous invasion would have been done later, and perhaps off-screen.

  • crappy ass fazers .. with these borg you should revert to primitive weaponry. Im talking swords and hatchets. See how these fuckers intend to adept to an axe taking their fucking head off.

  • @BTjeen Hell, even bullets might work well.

  • @VulpesFidelis Look up the scene in First Contact where Picard guns down the Borg. There are 2 drones. The first goes down easily. The second takes dozens of rounds before it goes down. If there were 3 drones...

I didn't notice until I watched it again, and then it becomes a lot more creepy.

  • Uh.... that last part was the result of the crystaline entity, wasn't it? Not the borg.

  • this is crazy is not comdey is sci fi

  • i thought seven was number 1 human borg...

  • @MacZambrottVEVO After TNG season five, they got everything else wrong too.

  • Wait, the borg was introduced in this season of enterprise? Dude I though I watched all of those episodes. Man....

  • In this case, Resistance is pretty much futile. The Borg are at least 200 years ahead of any technology that Archer has at his disposal. If they had been face to face with a time traveling cube, or even a sphere, I bet Archer's Enterprise would have been destroyed. Lucky for them this was just a small task force of Borg.

  • the resistance is futile

  • ENT series are a pathetic shit that should be disregarded.

  • How come the borg in the enterprise episode are acting like they're still connected to the hive mind, when the nearest cube and indeed the subspace link to the collective must be minimal to none existant? Surely if a drone was to be re-activated far enough away from the collective, they would just be individuals?

  • I'll be 165 years old, I think I'll be too old to deal with that crap!

  • You forgot the episode where Q brings them into first official contact with the Borg.

  • it would be nice if people didn't screw up the series by adding their own fictitious versions

  • Marc Alaimo as a Romulan....

  • yyeeahh,,,, well I'm not a Trek historian or anything just a regular fan that loves the shows but never did like "Enterprise". But what I have noticed is that when a tv series is starting to fail the head honchos rewrite everything and go back to what the shows biggest draw was.... the Borg. So who cares about the continuity or heck, even making sense... just throw a borg on there and see what happens.

Maybe Desperate houswives need a few borg invasions too.

  • Boo! The borg would have annihilated captain archer and his crew. I hate how enterprise rewrites trek history. It was Q who 1st introduced the Borg to Starfleet in Picards time. No mention was ever made about the Borg in any trek history until then. How conveinient for flox to come up with a cure for the nano probes, when they could't find the same "cure" in the 24 century. And what about the records of the borg attacking the earth in Cochran's time, even b4 archers time?

    Enterprise = FAIL

  • @ricogoldstar Enterprise Borg ties in with the First Contact movie, please show a little intelligence and use your brain to figure things out.

  • @rlui123 STFU Biyatch! I've been watching Star Trek since b4 u were alive. So...Face Palm, u Baktag PetaQ!!!

  • 6:48 Dr. Plox has a Amazon Kindle? Cool.

  • when all else fails, BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF IT! 4:50

  • borg or crystaline entity ???????

  • what episode was that

  • This is the trouble with time travel. The home world learned of our existence of Earth and its location because of the rogue Borg. The rouge Borg got on earth because of the time traveling efforts of the Borg home world.. A contradiction.

  • you just pasted a bunch of scenes together

  • All this talk about the story is great but 1 question still remains... can they survive san quenton?

  • Gul Dukat posing as a Romulan?

  • why so many cuts on the video, wheres the complete video?

  • Ok... I knew The Borg were in Enterprise, but I assumed it was just one drone from a few hundred years ago, but these drones are around First Contact/Voyager time, and they assimilate a ship? Sorry, but there is no way in hell a ship less advanced than the old Constitution Enterprise could stand up to 24th Century Borg technology, it's a bit stupid to write it otherwise.

  • @storm626

you forget: the technology the borg there could use was old. Materials and so on were a load of junk to those drones. They tried their best and fastly improoved the ship..

  • borg were owning them for a while.

  • Great video.

  • Nice 'cut the crap' montage - 'Enterprise' needed more action - the first series was diabolical. See what you think of my movie - watch Part 1A 1B

    2A 2B

  • My favorite defense against the Borg thus far...just start yanking out tubes until you get an important one.

  • whats goin on with those borg ships :s

  • That Romulan commander on the left in 09:19 is played by Marc Alamo. Any Star Trek fan would know who he played.

  • He looks best as a Cardassian, :P

  • a certain evil cardissan gul dukat lol

  • I liked him better as Gul Mucet.

  • What is the name of the episode in Star Trek Enterprise did this happen?

  • Regeneration

  • can someone tell in what part of Star Trek does the Starfleet fight the Romulans? if they ever do...

  • "Minefield"

  • Have to love how Archer and Reed fight the borg hand to hand, Just dive on them

  • Well if phasers dont work, brute force should. In all cases, the Borg don't have energy shields for that since in many cases, they a superior in strength than most species they encounter.

  • How do I start the vid?

  • picard

  • the best!

  • Yaaaaa.... So why in Next Generation when they meet the Borg for the second (really first) do they not know who or what the BORG are?... They coulda come up with something to explain that. They should know that Star Trek fans are not going to forget the fact that Piccard and crew knew nothing of the Borg when Q brought 'em around...

  • In the Borg Enterprise episode the incident was just filed away and never seen again. They didn't know it was the borg and it was just one incident, plus the next time they see the borg is 200 years later or so

  • Obviously those files were restricted for 200 years to prevent panic.

My advise: If you see logic mistakes: try to find the answer yourself. ;-)

  • how derelict of spire cud fall on north pole when it

attack Zeferan base in Montana wich isin amerca?

  • @Mirinovic

    Well, there's always a way.

  • @mitthrawnuruodo666 Same as the Romulan incident being filed away as just another race until outright war was declared.

  • @mitthrawnuruodo666 They didnt save any nanites? Nobody bothered to cross reference the archives when they were encountered the second time? Wouldn't that be the first thing to do when encountering something new, check if it's been seen before?

Carl Linnaeus died over 300 years ago yet biologist are still aware of his work and pretty much use the same taxanomic system.

It was just a very bad idea to bring in the Borg in Enterprise.

  • when starfleet knew that the borg will attack earth in the 24th century, why don't they get themselves prepared?

  • Archer didn't reveal it to Starfleet.

  • Excellent! I have always said A leads to B leads to C back to A when it came to the Borg and the Enterprise-E in 2063 creating a temporal paradox.

  • You ripped it off Braxton

  • this episode, or series is thats before or after picarde did meet the borgs?

  • This was their first idea that the Borg exist. They meet the Borg when Q slams the Enterprise into the DELTA QUADRANT.

  • Never liked ENTERPRISE. But this was a good episode.

  • I think our lives just became a lot more complicated... :-D

  • yep it was from first contact.

unless the borg went sight seeing and failed to assimilate some dinosaurs.

  • Could they been left over Borg from Star Trek First Contact no one knows how many were there and some beamed down without Captain Picard knowing and they froze there waiting for someone to find them my guess

  • Cause and Effect with a grandfather paradox.

  • Freaking annoying this Stupid Enterprise series, piggy banking off all the good stuff from TOS and TNG.

No originality, and all made for the this metro captain to look good.

  • I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! I knew "Neutral Zone" was the Borg!

  • The evidence definitely suggests so.

  • isn't it ironic, that Q sent the Federation a warning.

  • Very ironic.

  • I like to think Q deliberatly helped the federation because the borg found out about teh federation earlyer than they were supposed to.

Of cource Q being Q had to help in a way that made him look like he was being an asshole lol.

  • cool

  • The first appearence of the mighty Warbirds, The Romulans really know how to arrive in style

    Awsome string of vids btw

  • NICE way to end it......the complicated line fit PERFECT. on my way to watch episode 2 :)

  • Romulans 4ever...

  • I like how at the end you added that piece from the episode Neutral Zone that gave first hint of the Borg. Not many people remember that. good job.

  • WE ARE THE BORG MUTHER F%#@ER

  • why phlox didnt join the borg when he was asimilated?

  • his physiology was resistant to the nanites which gave him the time he needed to invent a way to get rid of them

  • @BorgHub if he "invented" a way to get rid of the nanites, why wasn't it used in the future?

  • Excellent vid man. one of the best i've seen on utube. did you great work. i wish i had seen episode 4. the borg are my favorite.

  • The Yahoo Drones must've took it down episode 4. I wonder if we'll get a reup from BorgHub. Anyway, this a good complilation of clips.

  • u think Archer wud report this to warn them in the future

  • the same way he should have reported about the Romulans and the Ferengi

  • @BorgHub Prequels just suck, they should continue with a new series in the 2380‘s

  • @ensignjoe I agree they should just start a new series of Trek 200 years after the TNG era. FUrthermore, the universe has become dystopian and the federation has time travel capabilties, much like what we seen in that Voyage episode.

  • @BorgHub maybe he did, but section 13 covered it up...? or it just got lost. considering how much time pasts, and how much goes on.....

  • oh yeah oh yeah the borg are nasty but i think the replicators from stargate are even worse:DD

  • SG1 replicators are a ripoff of the borg. they ignore you until they think you are a threat. they adapt to energy weapons but vulnerable to bullets. they are like insects. and they assimilate technologies

  • well they were all over the galaxy... and no1 could defeat them because they didnt use anymore such "primitive" things like projectile weapons..hehe they always could SMASH EM WITH A HAMMER:P

  • @BorgHub They have similaritys to the borg but are a completely different thing.

  • @BorgHub ......Neither are borg nor replicators are original concepts. Both concepts have been around repeatedly in scifi literature for a good 40-50 years prior to their tv appearences.

They are also quite different from one another - one a self replicating swarms of robots whilst the other cyborgs that convert other into their kind. To call one a ripoff of the other is just wrong.

  • @BorgHub yes but in SG1 the humans are smart enough to realize when energy weapons don't work, and projectile weapons do, then stick with projectiles don't stand on your ass modifying your weapons, unlike TNG, DS9 and Voyager personnel, who are too stupid to replicate projectile weapons to use on the Borg

  • @BorgHub Hey, no need to get nasty here, I mean the concept of assimilation predates the borg ya know. Besides, each has it's own unique aspect, and all make for good sci-fi, so get along and leave it at that.

  • at least borg you can tell they're borg. Replicators would be harder to fight, but less freaky, because you'd die before you know what's going on. Borg would freak me the crap out and then I would be assimilated, which 7 says in freakin' painful. That'd would be the worse. I'd rather face the replicators.

  • tubes growing out of you, Voices in your head, eye's and limbs being riped off and replaced... yeah I think it's painful.

  • One would think that the Enterprise would know about the Borg by the time the 24 Century came about.

  • not if they would denie what was on that transport, star fliet and the vulcans would call it what? unlogical.

  • Illogical, besides they didn't introduce themselves.

  • Why would the borg have cables conveniently located on their heads that kill them when they're pulled?

  • Borgs did not have adaptive personal shields until Enterprise D came around, how the hay do they have it this early?

  • because these are the Borg from the Sphere that was destroyed in First Contact. the remains of the sphere and its drones was frozen for 90 years in the arctic until they were found

  • Makes sense.

  • Great job here! There's another part to the paradox of the Borg encounter too; The Borg homeworld was destroyed indirectly by Earth and Voyager (Vger)was the original assimilation of the Borg.

  • fantastic work BorgHub!

  • great episode! Archer vs the Borg! If the Borg hadn't traveled back to 2063 that would have never occured---hence temporal paradox

  • yeah nice but is it an oficial star trek serie or just a fan mae one?

  • i made these clips using many different episodes

  • woow dude you really made my day... really good editing shouldve an oficial one

  • nice
