  • when you take high doses of anabolic drugs, for long periods of time, your body will stop producing its own testosterone... the only way to have a normal test level afterwards is to be on hormone replacement therapy. there is nothing wrong with wanting to live a normal life and have a normal test level like everyone else.

  • I remember seeing this man in my muscle mags in the 90's. I'm glad to see that he's natural now, and still in great shape. I don't know why, but when i see these guys do a heavy leg press it seems like a quarter of the range of motion I feel on I doing on the same exercise. But that's just perspective I would imagine. But I don't know how he does that much on the hack squat and go all the way down and up. I feel like I sprinted 100 meters after a set of hack squats!

  • The only BB i've ever seen do leg press correctly was Dorian Yates. Seat all the way down and  dropping the weight as low as possible.

  • I seriously don't know where you get the breath to lift such weight, I can only lift about half of that (IF THAT) and I feel like I'm about to pass out after about....1 rep.
