From day one, all parties involved here are guilty of the travesty committed against the TWA Flight Attendants! After enduring the 1986/87 TWA Carl Icahn Flight Attendant strike that was never settled, with the American Airlines prior PREDATORY take over (no merger either) of Trans Caribbean Airlines in the late 1960's they all knew what AA/AMR was up to! American never acts in good faith, they acquire & destroy There's a special place in hell for all that allowed it to happen!

What lies!! you destroyed TWA, it wasnt a merger it was destruction. how can he say we did it to save TWA as it was on its third bankruptcy!! they had jobs!! you took them

Unions are sometimes helpless under corporate greed! I was with TW from 1976 to 1987, I lived the strike of 86/87 Carl Icahn's War of Liquidation and we lost, he broke the union! That strike was never settled and many of us were collateral damage from it! I left for TR (Trans*Brasil Airlines) and retire right before they folded in 2000!

am sorry and feel your pain. But you all cannot blame the Apfa for all the wrong that has happen. The IAM TWA's union did not come through. Don Carty made promises and did not keep any of them.. After 9-11 Apfa got TWA workers recall rights
