@RMoogsterama, I made this determination soley by watching him play the song live on a You Tube video, and it was quite clear. I can't say I can hear this for certain though.
I think this is really pretty good, but as you corrected in your comment, I still think it is slightly different. Not positive, but pretty sure the second time is ALL major chords. G A A A A G A A A A E maj f maj d maj b maj e maj But the one with the 7ths is correct.
@bonzodog10, I'm glad you like it. It was not meant to be a video to teach you how to play the song, but merely to show the seasoned guitarist some chords and techniques the song utilizes. That someone thumbed this down without a comment is low. Oh well, I could do a better video now.....one with the chords in proper sequence. lol
Looking at the live video again and I see that he plays the 7th chords the first bar and then the major chords the second bar.
So it's the A hammer-on thing, then Emin7, Fmaj7, Cmaj7, B flat maj7, E7-9.
Then repeat with the hammer-on and then Emin7, Fmaj, Dmaj, Bmaj, Emaj.

@RMoogsterama, I agree with you except that the E that is prior to the F is always an Emin7.
