it looks really small is it a small rocket motor or just a powerful igniter? whats it run on?

It is an igniter to light a larger engine (you can see the 750 videos on my video page) but it is in essence a small rocket engine itself.

It runs on liquid or gaseous oxygen and isopropyl alcohol.
