@ithmy Thank you! I hope the video helps you!! I have always been in gymnastics and cheerleading since I was about 3 so I have been flexible for a while. But these stretches did help me become even more flexible. If you do them everyday for about 10-20 minutes you should notice a difference in a month or 2
@nodnarbeiuol2 hah I do this routine everyday or before practice for about 10-20 minutes. Jumps are in cheerleading where you add a specialty with it and do motions with your legs. If that makes sense haha. Just watch some of my other videos that say jumps

Is it ok if I do the whole thing everyday and I'm only trying to achieve splits? I feel like I'm not getting closer to the splits and the begging part of the exercises just hurts my legs badly.

You can also search for other ways to stretch and combine them or switch them out. Its what ever your body can handle at first because the more you stretch the better youll get!

@19blackhawks8810 Thank you! Im glad this video helped! When stretching, the splits are very helpful but also do lunges and sit in the stradel and stretch to the left/right/middle as well. I normally stretch anywhere between 5-10 minutes. Depending on how flexible you are, its really up to you and how well you feel stretched out hahh. I hope this helps!

Hi; Im not an expert by any means but when you do a straddle you should rotate your knees out and DEFFINATELY point you toes ( Im pretty sure you were). This was a good video (:
@Haleyiscoolness yeah it should. I would stretch every day and also practice your jumps everyday. What jumps do you have to do? Start with 5 jumps and do 3 sets of them for each jump you need to do. And then the nest day do 5, and again. and when it feels like theyre getting easier do 3 sets of 6 or 4 sets of 5. I hope this helped! Goodluck! & let me know if you need anything else!

@dorothee98. The reason it got lower might be because you got bigger muscles. That's what happened to me, so you just have to stretch more often and longer and Naybe even a little harder and more intense. I don't know if it will work for you but it worked for me... Soo yahh:))
this is going to sound strange but before i started cheerleading i could get my toe touch really high and i never streched or anything but when i started cheerleading i got flexible but i cant do a toe touch anymore its like really low almost like a spread egle probably lower htan that is there anything i could do to help it get higher again ? thank you
@dorothee98 I would start stretching again. Are you still in cheerleading? If not its because youre not stretching like you used to, but if you are in cheerleading then maybe you pulled a muscle? I hope this helped!
