  • la ce hangtime ai, poti da behind lejer!...dar nu baga prea multa sala pentru maini ca pierzi elasticitate si viteza!

  • @BaltaRecords Scuze ca raspund "arogant" :)), dar:

    1. Daca faci sala nu devii inflexibil si nu pierzi viteza(uite-te la ORICE boxeur), devii inflexibil daca nu faci stretching

    2. Oricum nu fac upper body, decat mentinere fiindca nu vreau sa devin greu

    3. Pt. Behind the back nu imi trebuie cine stie ce hangtime, ci sa exersez miscarea...

  • @BaltaRecords Hangtime-ul depinde fizic de saritura pe care o ai, in centimetri, inch sau ce alte unitati de masura doresti.

    Toata treaba e sa ai maini lungi si sa ai tehnica (sa exersezi de sa te ia dracii). Poti sa sari si 70 (remember Smoove din Ucraina?) si sa dai si rider si behind the back.
