Reminds me of when I was in Amsterdam. I was only 15 (quite a few years back now) and I explored the City in the early morning. My Father was still asleep in the Hotel room and I left him a note in case. Didn't go far, but this song just filled me with energy and was an amazing start to the day. David has an amazing way of encoding emotion in an MP3 file, and am so glad I am a fan - and ultimately that you posted this wonderful song.

@louisvillepoet I couldn't have said it better myself. I just made a David Gray mix for myself based on my mood today. Over the years, i've done this many times. He has such an extensive catalog, and he has a song for every emotion in the book. He has an incredible ability to capture the right words and paint a vivid imagery and be able to reach the core of our souls. And he adds incredible musicianship musically, too. I've been a big fan for years, and I will be for life. :)
