I'm addicted to Diet Coke but I in no way can remember when I first had it. So what can I do? I only know that I was most likely in my 20's. I hope Robert can answer for me since I can't remember.
Gee, what am I going to do now? I was "addicted" to peanut butter cookies and peanut butter fudge and now its gone! I refuse to do this with hot buttered popcorn!
@renerdrat Wrong! You don't know everything. When a person crave sweets it's because sugar makes you crave more. If a person doesn't eat any refined sugar at all for 3 days, the craving will go away. I'm a sweet lover & have been for 50 yrs. so snice I read this info I had gotten & it would only take 3 days -- I tried it & it worked. I didn't go back to eating sweets until it was my birthday & then slowly go back into it. But anytime I can do the 3 day thing to stop the craving, this is a FACT.
she was trying to answer how she thought she should answer. there are addictive chemicals in cola. i think replacing it with water and natural juice is the best way to go. unless i am completely mistaken, and you can alter your sense of taste in a matter of seconds.
Hi i have Fibromyalgia and crave coke and sweets could you tell me what tapping points that you do because i can't see where else you are tapping.PLEASE reply, i want to get out of this pain.If this can get me off coke and sweets, I will be buying all of your CD"S thank you so much
Hi, Cruisemaster, EFT has been known to cure Fibromyalgia too, not just sweet addictions. So if you found a practitioner they may be able to help you. It would set you free from pain before having to learn the system. Make sure it's "Faster EFT" though. All the best
I have an addiction to peanut butter cups and I was tapping along while you were working on her in the video and I went back and remembered when I first ate a peanut butter cup and who was there and I remembered this friend of my mom who I really adored and I released the addiction to it. I have the peanut butter cup here and I don't want to even finish it now. Thank you so much!!
My only physical addiction is cigs, and it's strong. I threw the ashtrays out last night, and have been watching your addiction videos to replace them with smoking. It's been a day. If I begin to gain weight, I have in the past on gone back to smoking, I will tackle that with EFT, too, hopefully! Thanks again.:)
It's more emotional than physical. It was your coping skill and how you process the emotions in your world. Cigs was your escape from the issues of the world so you must address your everyday emotions and issues without escaping with food, cigs or anything else. Change the meaning of cigs with youtube video "Thanks, Tobacco: You Killed My Mom" and others. The key is this - Tap on all the daily stresses & fears etc. Peace Robert
It is the emotional reasons why you eat. Eating when your not hungry is what makes you over weight. Hunger is the feeling in your stomach and not anywhere else. Automatic eating, like finishing what is on your plate, when you smell, see, hear about food and eating when your body knows it isn't hungry. There are so many emotional triggers that drive you to eat when your not hungry.
I have a question that might help me better understand the relationship between food and weight-my confusion is associated with 2 people-my mom and my bf.My mom is very food conscious and watches wat she eats and usually eats very healthy but is overweight..my bf eat very unhealthy and large amounts of coke.he also has lots of beer on the weekends when he can afford it but is very thin. is it the food or is it strictly our thoughts..does this mean the right thoughts make us thin not what we eat?
I'm addicted to coffee but I started drinking it at a time when I had no friends. I don't think I drank it with anyone for many years.

This is stupid, I have never held negative emotions in like he's saying, I really can't help but forgive everyone..
And the coke (and sweets) thing, how stupid, you crave sweet things because your serotonin is low, everyone knows that.
and that's not how addiction happens either.. Sorry this guy doesn't really know what he's talking about or how the body works.

Not only there is no nutrition but it causes bone loss by drinking only one a week. Makes you fat too for no good reason.
