he plays it with such precision! Very crispy and clean intonation....i'm learning this piece right now and yea, it sounds nothing like that ^ lol the double stops in thumb position are killing me. but practice makes perfect :)

Ahhh! So that's how they do it! in 0:32 he uses O(thumb) 3, 1, 2, 3, 2, where the last 2, 3, 2 is a fifth. Gosh that would be sharp as hell if you slowed it down.
I was trying to work out a good fingering for those 6 notes, but there isn't one. Haydn! You have cursed us all to double stopping fifths with two different fingers. Argh!

Maybe there is one fingering more but its also not really good: (from the beginning of the bar:) Thumb, 2, thumb, 2, 3, 2, open a-string, 1, 4, 1, 3, 3 (both with harmonics), and then thumb again and the whole starts again...

There IS a fingering:
thumb, 2, thumb, 2, 3, 2, thumb, 3, 1, 3 (flagolett), 3 (flagolett), 3 (flagolett) thumb, and so on...
It works fine in concert, I've tried out ;)
