It has been said that in the days of Hulkamania, Tito was every bit as instrumental to the WWF's success as Hulk Hogan, and there's no way I'm going to argue with that! If Tito was still in his prime, he'd make one hell of a team with Rey Mysterio!
i remember in 1990 when it came down to tito vs henning for the vacated ic title. i really thought tito was gonna win it for the 3rd time, as then it woulda been 1 first for some1 to 3peat as ic champion
