What is there is an arab population who migrated to these land in the end of 19th, beginning of 20th century fro neighbouring arab countries to get better living conditions than in their own countries. In fact even the name Palestine was invented by Romans to humiliate jews (about ~2000 years ago) as they revolted against.

Here's the truth about what happened on the ship:
After hours of warnings and requests towards the organizers on board the Marmara, a group of 12-15 commando soldiers boarded the ship , armed with paintball guns (!!) and a sidearm for an emergency. So many cuts that you have no chance to know what's actually happening! And: Other footage (live on Al Jazeera) shows that shots were fired before the boarding. So, imagine you're on a ship, knowing that somebody just killed some of your fellow aidworkers, would you let them board calmly to come and probably shoot you? Or would you try to do at least something and hit whoever comes as strongly as you can.
