chun getting perfected, take that you boring stupidly easy overpowered bitch. in terms of sf4, chun is somewhere around B tier, she jsut has a big advantage vs rufus cause his crouching fierce (i think) she can reversal ultra it, tahts all i know from that match up. Rufus has dropped and is floating around A, A- tier right now cause people figured him out. Sagat is the best of the best atm.

Because it works 90 per cent of the time. Because Capcom always makes Chun-Li overpowered. Watching a Chun-Li/Rufus match in SFIV is just saddening -- as if she weren't overpowered already, now they make a short-short-Lightning Legs combo. And that slow fireball is nearly impossible to evade for some characters. That's why I have absolutely no interest in SFIV.
I think you should do some more research. Sure Chun looks good in SF4 but she is nowhere near as OP as she is in 3S. And Rufus is the most broken character in that game.
HAH! I'm surprised that just recently I've seen ppl compliment this Chun. Maybe he'd annihilate me, but I wish he'd stick to his newer Makoto: he doesn't play as scared.

Well if you had all the best pokes in the game or you could demolish 1/3 of a life bar with one super combo, then yeah. That's boring as hell.
But I don't have beef with Chun. People pick who they want and it just comes down to who can execute their character better and make the fewest amounts of mistakes. Turtly or not, Chun wins for a reason.
ko once again proves that defense is for suckers. he seriously gets more dizzys and perfects than anybody else by far.

Erm, perhaps you should do some more research as well. Sagat, Zangief, Ryu and lately Boxer/Balrog, are all agreed upon as being better than Rufus.
