Any one of those will give a good over view of alternate opinions although "the Other Side of Aids" doesn't go into the problem in Africa much....it's more about the original gay party boys, tests and treatment. The other ones are better for a global perspective.

Mayo spends more than 50% of its budget on fellowship and research programs with other private partners all over the world.

(cont) health care IF you have the money or insurance, the US has as fine care as is available anyplace I have ever been in the world, and better than most. England's NHS is great, and you theoretically have better access to health care (since everyone can go), but you CAN be put off for months, even years. In the US, if you are really worried, you can get access within hours. You may have to pay more for it, but you can almost always get prompt competent access. Not always the case in NHS

The first thing I think of is the endothermic reaction energy of melting all the glaciers that have been disappearing. That can consume energy without affecting actual temperature. But once they're mostly melted we have a huge problem.

@nascarunlimited Kary Mullis is in "Deconstructing" and "The Other Side of Aids" and "Aids Inc" as well as "House of Numbers" which is the most recent documentary on the "hiv" topic. Any one of those will give a good over view of alternate opinions although "the Other Side of Aids" doesn't go into the problem in Africa much....it's more about the original gay party boys, tests and treatment. The other ones are better for a global perspective.

So in a overall Country classification system i can claim my country provides better medical care than in the US. check the WHO, or whatever World stats you can find.

There are plenty of private hospitals/clinics that have the same exact standards of Mayo and Cleveland, or Mount Sinai, etc etc. The doctors between those clinics even do training between those different clinics. Mayo spends more than 50% of its budget on fellowship and research programs with other private partners all over the world.
Trust me, i know quite a bit about the workings of private practice.
It's practically the same anywhere.

England's NHS is great, and you theoretically have better access to health care (since everyone can go), but you CAN be put off for months, even years. In the US, if you are really worried, you can get access within hours. You may have to pay more for it, but you can almost always get prompt competent access. Not always the case in NHS

Those clinics train doctors that then go back to their countries.
I know a lot of medical doctors who have done such fellowship or partner training programs.

i think that 33.4 million people with HIV infection is quite accurate. Nevertheless we are 7.5 billion people. The disease has become endemic of certain regions. the pandemic widespread high rates of infection have slowed. specially with drugs like AZT
