what converter do you use?

I convert to .flv using MEncoder, making sure the bitrate is below 350kbps so YouTube doesn't re-convert it.

Coming from an ex protadin, you don't make much. It seems like a lot in the videos, but compared to straight up questing it's nothing. Although I've heard aoeing and disenchanting in strat is a pretty nice way to get rich.
