don't want to be a bummer, but they don't really seem to point to Christ much at all. Watching this, I am just waiting for them to point to Christ, and they don't. There music is rad, just don't believe things because of association like record labels or song titles.

Hm, the point of Christ? He connects us to God. The son, and human form of God, sacrificed himself to connect us to God. Yet, he survived. He still remains as the spirit that guides, empowers, and comforts those who accept help. I'd say that's a pretty big point.

They don;t have to point to christ even if they are christians, if they just want to talk about life, relationships and emotions then so be it, you can't force yourself to talk about faith in your music, that would be distorting art.

sorry bro, but if they are not always pointing to Christ, slowly they distort God's plan for our lives, and that's to glorify Him, not ourselves, and all our selfish ambitions! You know what true art is? God, cause art is beautiful, and so is God, and when you start talking more about everything that doesn't credit God, you distort who He is in your life and as the Creator, not some song called "music" that will be long forgotten on the day Jesus comes to take what is His!

Just cause bands are hooked up with a "Christian" label, doesn't make them a Christians, or a Christian band. what makes them a Christian, is their accepting of God's free given grace of salvation for their sins and making Him their savior, but only by God's grace, not by a record label. and on a personal not, i really admire "Christian" bands that when on the mic, they speak Jesus, not feel good stuff(JUNK) =D

I would have to disagree with you completely. Bands such as Jars of Clay or Relient K are Christian bands under Christian labels and they do not always speak about God. Christians don't always just talk about God but life, love, hardships. Other Christians bands: The Fray, Flyleaf and Mutemath. They hardly ever speak about God but they speak about getting through life and how they do that. Just my opinion.

Yeah I agree with you. Just because your a christian does not mean you have to sing about Jesus all the time. They arent a worshipband. Switchfoot is another good example of this.

sorry my friend but you know nothing...if you knew anything about love, or why until june sings what they sing...god is love, and if you dont love, then you cant know god...they counteract...and what i believe is until june sings of things, and times that were hard in their/other ppls lives, so they sing about the tough times, or broken love, or love in general. If until june gets the "love" point across, maybe people will come closer to god, as love grows, something happens
