I saw Ten Years After in 1971 at the Long Beach Arena. Humble Pie opened up. Still hoping Alvin Lee will come to the US and play some small venues. He never got all the credit he deserves.  Same with Robin Trower.

Oh so good to see The Master!!! I had a chance to see him at Wetlands in NYC in the 90's, with Eric Burden, and the show was ( sadly ) cancelled. Thought that was it for Alvin, with someone else taking his place in TYA. I saw him with Skynrd, Frampton, and even ZZ Top as warmups, no on came close to what the could do. He wrote a large chapter in the book. peace jj
