Well, the copyright disclaimer is for youtube. If you aren't careful, they can take your videos off of youtube for something as simple as copyright issues. I do this in all of my videos to make sure I leave credit where credit is due.

The speech bubble annotations is something I've long abandoned since I made this playthrough, but I used them instead of actual commentary because I just preferred it that way.

1) You took alot of fun out of the game by deciding to activate all the bannaports at once.

Banjo Kazooie came before DK64, and it isn't exactly being copied. Rareware, the same developers of B-K, developed this game as well, so you can pretty much see the similarities between the two games in terms of music, gameplay, etc.
