far cry 2's is alot like CoD4/WaW. Get kills, earn xp, level up (or earn a diamond in this case) and then spend your diamonds on weapons you want. FC2 lacks the amount of weapons and the maps are inferior for the most part, but a level editor along with a few good ones make the multiplayer great. (Speaking of level editor, if playing on 360, download the map that takes place in an airplane. Very well made with tons of neat details)

well i think both games are good but the difference that farcry 2 has better story than crysis warhead and better graphics.but the bad thing about crysis is that it eats your vga and your virtual memory(ram).it uses high resolution so you gotta have a strong computer that can support it.that's all.but i can be fixed by going to the options of crysis and putting the high resolution to a gamer or lower.

You can only play Crysis on ultra high with directx 10 OR with a mod. But if you paly facry2 and warhead and directx 10 Crysis wins for graphics :) On top of that the gamepaly from them suck, from BOTH. It's just boring <.<

It ain't boring if you try experimenting. Crysis has the suit, FC2 has weapon classes that really feel different (and blowing up vehicles with land mines just feels awesome in FC2, never gets old)

No fun in my opinion. In editor with realy huge explosions, sure. But just one little thing? There are many games which are more fun than Crysis and Far Cry 2 ! Okay, they can be fun, too. But why play a game when another is just more fun?

I personally think FC2 is more fun than anything with Tom clancy's name on it, Gears of War, Halo (when FC's multiplayer isn't spawning both sides next to each other), God of War, World of Warcraft, any turn-based RPG, any strategy game, pretty much any music game, any MMO, and the list goes on ( I can post more if you want me to)

Anyway, I saw that a game will come out which is like God of War but it looks slightly better than gow 3, has better gameplay and it will come out for PC, too. I can't remember the damn name and lost the link to there website. So if anyone knows the name of the game I would be realy happy :)

first off holiday is right, pc gamers hav the right to brag we usually get more games and better games, and most of the console games come out on pc too. then pc's can run much better than consoles. our graphix can get WAY better than consoles. 2 ps3's might be able to run crysis normally or at low levels but 1 ps3 or 360 is not strong enough

One thing that annoys me is how Far Cry 2's sun rays are rendered at such a small angle, only rendering when you look close towards the sun while when you look 90 degree from the sun, no light rays. It looks great but unrealistic, like having someone with a spotlight shining on you at a distance. Unlike Crysis where the sun rays are rendered everywhere. Both games I think are awesome though, dispite both having advantages and disadvantages.

Both games look exceptional, but i have to say: farcry 2 has a plasticish feel... but still looks great, crysis just looks great, but farcry 2 is actually playable for more than 2 hours, so: fc2 anyday.
