i have the same problem, i dont know how to fix it. i have 1x graphic card gtx 560 ti, good pc parts i7 all, still i have 200+++ Fps and the game is unsmooth or hacking, bluring. i havent overcklocked my cpu tho. anny advice how to fix it ?
i have the same problem, fast frame rates but microstutters often, having graphics on max or min makes no difference, i have noticed the sound crackles sometimes when it happens too, its only game im having this problem with....
@andykb7 I"m having this problem, too. Even with EXTREMELY old (like 10 years old) games on low res. It's something with the cpu and background processes set at a high priority possibly. I am very interested in fixing this. I had micro stutters with HL blueshift! (and then no stutters during gameplay and then a few days later, severe micro stutters. SOOOO annoying. Impossibly annoying. )
Are you using 2 gpu's in sli?

@MrDestruX Uninstall your graphic drivers, clean it with driver sweeper (or other software alike) and install a new driver.
