While you are entitled to your viewpoint, and bias should be avoided while seeking truth, I'm not certain I understand how the 9/11 truth movement denies the American people of their rights. Certainly some overzealous members have soured the search for truth regarding the events, and your points about foreign policy show very well that even if 9/11 weren't an inside job our leaders used it heavily to their advantage, but I simply don't see the truth movement as being destructive to our rights.

He says things about the motive which those in power in the US don't want the public to know. Why would that be 'faked'? That doesn't make sense. If you listen to the tape, he is also encouraging an investigation into 9/11. It almost is life imitating art the way this parody showed a terrorist trying to explain that 9/11 was not an inside job.

I think the context gives the meaning of what I am saying but I would have liked to have been more precise. The steel columns are supporting the weight of the 20+ floors above the impact zones and being weakened by burning building interior soaked in jet fuel. The steel only has to be weakened by heat before it fails completely. Once it does, every floor above the impact zone acts as a pile-driver to the lowest floor of the impact zone and together they gain the momentum to bring the rest of the building down. Simple physics.

You should read over the NIST FAQ link I'll put in the video info: "NISTs findings do not support the pancake theory of collapse" NIST even calculated how many floors the top section would have to be for it to not fully collapse. See NIST FAQ then link to the 2007 NIST FAQ.

While you are entitled to your viewpoint, and bias should be avoided while seeking truth, I'm not certain I understand how the 9/11 truth movement denies the American people of their rights. Certainly some overzealous members have soured the search for truth regarding the events, and your points about foreign policy show very well that even if 9/11 weren't an inside job our leaders used it heavily to their advantage, but I simply don't see the truth movement as being destructive to our rights.

I think the context gives the meaning of what I am saying but I would have liked to have been more precise. I say "we suffer the worst attack in history and we have people serving their own agenda ...." What I mean is in US history and if I were to rerecord it I would probably want to say it something like, "OUR worst attack in OUR history"

because I was thinking in terms of US history and find it odd to even think of trying to do a comparison of in all of the world's history as if I was comparing the suffering in comparison when I was saying the suffering in a single attack cost Americans. But saying "our" I think would have conveyed not only the specifics but the emotion more.

There is no evidence that bin Laden isn't actually angered by the specific foreign policies, namely US support of Israel, he complains about.
It is extremely unlikely that bin Laden didn't actually object to the specific foreign policy of US support for Israel that he complains about, millions and millions of other people object to the same policies, by what "logic" would it be that bin Laden would be in a extremely small minority that "doesn't care" about the policies or thinks they are fine?

The funny thing is that I think they actually had the intention of backlash.
Everything they have done and do causes me to think and act more free than the day before and bond with the people around me.

Too bad there hasn't been a Total Progressive Collapse due to fire before that day. And not afterward either.
Why? It's obvious. Just in case. But then again the buildings were designed with the intent of absorbing the impact of an airliner(s). Perhaps they were thinking of fuel. But the impact of a plane has a tendency to ignite fuel instantly. Jet fuel, being of course 3/5 kerosene which burns at 400*F.

Strange how no building before or after have fallen due to fire.
It's even more strange that "fire proofing" doesn't stop bottom-to-top infernos of high-rise office buildings.
A 23,000,000 pound building is greater than a 350,000 pound airplane.
In tonnage, the math looks even more simple. An 11,500 ton building is greater than a 175 ton airplane. That's a difference of 11,325 tons.
Can fire destroy an 11,500 ton building?

Fire did not destroy all 110 stories, it is the collapse of the top section. WHen the columns supporting the top section failed, the POTENTIAL ENERGY was released. I think a problem with those that don't understand the collapses is they don't understand what potential energy is. THAT is where the energy came from to destroy the lower floors

The steel columns are supporting the weight of the 20+ floors above the impact zones and being weakened by burning building interior soaked in jet fuel. The steel only has to be weakened by heat before it fails completely. Once it does, every floor above the impact zone acts as a pile-driver to the lowest floor of the impact zone and together they gain the momentum to bring the rest of the building down. Simple physics.
