  • that's awesome, I love every one of your ideas, I'm going to use these right away :))

  • @jtking2504 I am glad I could help.

  • how can anyone get sick of bacon??

  • @howcanilosefat I don't know, but hey it takes all people. :-)

  • Bowulf, i found your videos a few days ago and I think you're AWESOME! Your recipes are so creative! I have done atkins on and off for years and I have been thinking about giving it another try. I am insulin resistant and obese. Your videos are SOOOO inspirational. Keep doing what you're doing and God bless!

  • @SuperStankazz Thanks for the vote of confidence. I should continue to be here as making these videos spurs me out of falling into food ruts too. I am glad I can others at the same time. :-)

  • arkins diet is crap it doesnt work

  • @matchbox555 You mean doesn't work like I didn't actually lose 210 pounds on it? Or that my heart risk factors -- cholesterol, hypertension, resting heart rate, triglycerides -- didn't all dramatically improve? Or that I haven't maintained that weight loss following Atkins for 7 years? Or that I haven't found energy now to do new things that even my 18 year old self could not do?

I ask because it worked in spades for me. About the only thing it didn't do is prove the critics right.

  • @matchbox555 sorry but it works I have never lost weight like this before, u musnt be doing it right hun stick to it exactly and its so simple!!! I get to eat yummy stuff all day!! IGod bless Dr atkins

  • I love the atkkins daybreak bars and the chocolate brownie bar I never feel deprived honestly.....and I keep losing aswell good luck to alll!!

  • @matchbox555 virtually every diet works. 99.9 percent of the population doesn't have the will power to exercise one properly. Just like you are unable to exercise an intelligent statement.

  • @gsdotgs i ate loads of meat cheese and cream and i didnt lose an ounce

  • @matchbox555 But then again that's not Atkins... Post your menus (and the amounts eaten and drank), and we can figure out why.

  • @bowulf For example, there are limits on cream (1-2 fl oz) and cheese (3-4 oz/day). Did you exceed them?

  • You ramble on way too much in your videos. Not trying to be rude or anything, but it would be nice if you could just get on with it to be honest.

  • @daspinguru Well then there is a market for a low carb vlogger who does not ramble on -- these videos are what they are, and I will readily admit some people might not appeal to them. However given 100,000 views with like - dislike ratio of 7-1, I think most people are able to overlook my flaws to see the benefit.

  • I thought bread was not allowed in this diet, so why are you recommending sandwitch

  • @akurtula I don't recall the point in which I suggest a sandwich, but depending on the phase of the diet, you certainly could have a sandwich from either the Induction Friendly flax bread (recipe posted here on Youtube) or using low carb tortilla.

  • @bowulf I like sandwitches so I guess I heard what I wanted to here :) sorry. But thanks

  • How about a chocolate protein powder shake, made with almond milk and berries, which are low carb fruit, esp. raspberries. Add some wheatbran and enjoy your low carb brekkie.

  • @jtking2504 Sounds good... I made a low carb smoothie recipe on here that was essentially just that. Many of my viewers were asking for breakfast ideas that were acceptable for Induction (which the protein powder and berries would not be0, and these were some of my ideas for them.

  • I am lucky I hate french toast, pancakes and sweet stuff at breakfast LOL! :0)

My 10 year old makes awesome omlettes!

  • bla bla bla

  • @ingeboorg yes?

  • I looked at your description and pancakes are high in carbs, how ever you can use sugar free syrup though,

  • @Palsharpton Sorry for the confusion. I didn't preface it with low carb pancakes and syrup, but there are many low carb pancake recipes -- even one I posted to Youtube. I thought it would be implied, but I'll correct my mistake.

  • fooolllll sorryy i said that but n0

  • Ooh thank you because I absolutely dread breakfast foods. Those were some pretty good recipes. So far I've lost 23 lbs and plan to keep going :). And have you tried to use coconut oil to cook? No carbs and tastes pretty good when used to cook meats.

  • @thebacanaut I do use coconut oil quite often to cook with. That and butter are the two main oils I saute with now. I'll occasionally use just standard corn oil for things, but butter and coconut oils are my most used oils.

  • I've used Atkins original 1972 edition ever since it came out. After going from 330 pounds to 130 pounds and keeping it off, I know it works. For all the naysayers who believe it's bad for you, my lipid profiles are *excellent*. I highly recommend Gary Taubes "Why We Get Fat" and "Good Calories, Bad Calories" which puts to rest the idea that a high fat diet is harmful. Also, Dr. Malcom Kendricks "The Great Cholesterol Con." Thanks for 'spreading the word'.

  • @FrustratedElf Congrats on your success too! I am big follower of Taubes work too. He creates a meta-analysis of the research like no one else. I am just glad I can help funnel people to the truth.

  • @MrArpas123 I am not a big fan of carb blockers as they encourage bad eating with the hope that it would be fixed by this pill. I for one wanted to not have to rely upon a pill to lose weight that I may stop taking in the future. Right now since I know lost all the weight myself, I know I can keep it off just by continuing to eat the same way.

  • Gastric distress??? Try more like spending the entire night on a toilet after having Carbolite Jelly Beans ! :`(

  • @Leeanne4debate I've already dealt with the whole China study in other post.

"Dr. Atkins hit his head and stroked out."

I see now clumsiness is now a result of the diet. He was not healthy after his bodily organs shut down.

    "Sugar free crap has Aspartame"

Watch the videos and educate yourself. Sucralose is not aspartame, nor is rebiana extract, nor is erythritol. Google getting your facts straight, or even watch my Youtube video "acceptable low carb sweeteners."

  • Comment removed

  • @Leeanne4debate You made the statement "Sugar free crap has Aspartame." That seems pretty all inclusive to me or a blanket statement.

Great, now you are offended by my suggesting you get your facts straight when you can spread myths.

Dude, it is apparent that you would rather remain uneducated, so go live your raw life. Snuggle up with your banana on a cold day, and I'll remain happy and pleased with my steak.

  • For the first week my body would make me feel all kinds of ways trying to get me to eat sugar, your not going to have super energy for the first week because your body is withdrawing from the sugar.after that my energy level was just fine.

  • @sugahface Exactly right... I am glad to hear your energy returned. :-)

  • Excellent video..your recipes rock!

  • Could ya just explain abit about this diet, I'm a nube to this and does it zap out your energy and strength? Cheers

  • @FiTNESSisKEY Initially it can for the first 1-3 weeks as your body gets acclimated. After that, I have had zero problems with energy, and usually I have it in excess. This morning in fact I just got done running 19 miles as I train for another marathon. I have also seen no problem in fueling my HIIT workouts either. The myth that you need carbs to exercise hard or long is certainly just that -- a myth.

  • @FiTNESSisKEY salad for breakfast in any way makes my stomach curdle. Im going to post some ideas for breakfast eaters. Yes, you can pre-cook these the day before.

  • @FiTNESSisKEY let me put it this way. if you are a manual worker, there is no way you can function on a atkins diet. if you are sedentary you could go with atkins. i would suggest you go atkins for 2 weeks to kick start your weight loss then switch to diet with 50 percent of calories from carbs 30 percent from protein and 20 percent from fat and start working out. long term weight control is very unlikely without regular exercise

  • @keeyk118b Wow, I am so glad that I never took your advice on weight loss as I would never have gotten to goal and lost over 200 pounds. To go from a high fat diet to a low fat diet is simply ridiculous. I have no idea what you would hope to accomplish, but weight loss would not be one of them.

PS - you seem to be mistaken in thinking there is no exercise on Atkins.

  • @keeyk118b BTW - it was only after starting Atkins that I had the energy to run marathons, run 30-50 miles per week, and do HIIT training. If that is classified as sedentary, what did you do today?

  • hahahaaa.... Did you hear a bell? Because someone just got schooled! Keep it up, bowulf, and you know, 99.9999 of the people who trashes the low carb lifestyle had never done it and they do the single most stupid thing in the whole wide world: Talk about a topic with knowledge based only on hearsay. The other .000001 is just plain stupid.

I mean, they have the goddamned evidence right in front of their noses and STILL prefer to believe hearsay? That is the definition of stupid. I compare them

  • @sacatetuco :-D

  • dude, this is so fucking fake.

  • @sarahsoluvable Umm, you have lost me. What is fake?

  • @bowulf atkins diet, sure, itll get you skinny, but really, do you know how unhealthy it is?

  • @sarahsoluvable You mean how all my heart risk factors went away, my pre-diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea, eliminating being constant out of breath, or how all my annual physicals and blood works have been excellent in the last 7 years? Or do you mean the fact I can now run marathons?

You mean even though everything possible to be checked, measured, or evaluated in the last 7 years shows that I have been much, much healthier that I am not. Really? I'll take my supposed "unhealthy" results.

  • Y nothing above your nostrills moves. r u a ventrillaquist doll and who's got there hand up your back. p.s. I loved your fudge.

  • Well done!...and you're cute!

  • @Bassilee Thanks! (blush)

  • The whole point of the Atkins diet is to not eat processed food mainly any type of flour or sugar, if you do that and are strict, weight loss should come fairly easy.

  • thanks for the inspiration!! :)

  • @haus0164 You are very welcome!

  • if ppl are seriously asking what to eat after 2 days they shouldnt be on a low carb diet, they should just keep eating shit and getting fat, as that will happen anyway!! you have to change your lifestyle not how many cards you eat...

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM If people are confused by the nonsense dietitians and the villification of fat put out and have to ask questions after giving up an unhealthy lifestyle, I encourage it.

As for getting fat anyway, I have kept my 211 pounds that I lost off for 6 years.

PS - if you are eating playing or greeting cards, you are doing it wrong.

  • Greek yoghurt with splenda with some previously roasted and ground hazelnuts for me. I can eat this day in, day out in the same way people eat corn flakes. Prepared in 2 mins, and eaten in 5 mins. Simples!

  • Today's my 2nd day on this diet.... i had scrambled eggs, sliced ham, mushrooms and cheese for b'fast.

  • @leostar18 That is a great Atkins breakfast. Thanks for watching!

  • hello i really enjoy watching your videos i have chose the atklins diet. what do you think about the new atkins for a new you is similar to the old atkins. im nervous a little bc im uncertain about how to count net carbs. and also i would like to just have a list of things to buy on the first phase is there a book i can buy that just have all food list, season, etc. im a coffee a drinker can u tell me about the carbs on that and what type of creamer is best

  • @LiveLifeGolden1 Net carbs are simply total carbs minus the grams of fiber. The best book to buy is the 2002 version of Dr, Atkins New Diet Revolution. You could watch my "can I eat this on Induction?" video too, but the book is a more complete choice. The best creamer is actual heavy cream. There are no carbs typically in a black cup of coffee.

  • Thanx, I enjoy all your vids and your advice is very helpful. : )

  • @utubeboob9 I am glad you like them. Thanks for watching, and stay tuned for new recipes coming up soon.

  • im on the atkins i eat about 10 mangoes for breakfast, 10 bananas at lunch, 10 apples for an afternoon snack and a big salad for dinner. i've lost 30 pounds!

  • @ejb40plp That's not Atkins. Good luck and God bless.

  • can you use frozen vegestables

  • @covergirl1313 Yes, and sometimes are better alternatives to canned vegetables or even fresh vegetables when they are out of season.

  • What are some good lunch foods to bring to work. I really dont like leftovers

  • @cfoster3406 What do you eat for lunch right now? The reason I ask is because my tastes may be completely different from yours and what you eat currently will also imply what cooking you have available for you. Really that and your imagination is the only limit to what you might have for lunch.

Personally I am limited to relatively shelf stable (no cooler) and not heated with no microwaves, so most of my brought meals are salads.

  • I sometimes have an egg shake which is 3 eggs, 1 sp protein powder, 1 tbl cream, cocoa powder and sweetner. Its lovely.

  • Thanks for the tips!

  • Noooo not the microwave! anything but that!

  • @heartofglod The best advice is I would suggest is watch my how to start video and read the book first (at least chapter 11) before you attempt to start. It's going to help guarantee success and prevent you from having to restart because what you thought was Atkins was not. The final piece of advice is find out in concrete terms what goal means to you.

It can't simply be weighing 122 again. What does 122 mean to you? It'll help combat any cravings or missteps in moments of weakness.

  • this has been a great help...today i made a different breakfast...1 cup sliced zuchinni, 2 oz summer sausage diced, 1 T chopped green pepper,1T butter....saute and serve with 1/4 cup shredded cheese..black pepper, paprika and cumin (dash of each)

  • @mamasuify Sounds delicious!

  • Is that a bunny rabbit back there behind you? :)

  • @stangcrazygirl We actually have 2 of them -- a Dutch rabbit (Spot) and a Lop-eared rabbit (Max).

  • Interesting...who knew that by trying to help people on thier progression to a healthier life (through much scientific study) that you would encounter people who just log on to denounce you (us). This is WORKING in a very healthy manner for us. If you disagree- for whatever your reason... don't chime in!!!!!!!!

  • My Perfect Atkins Breakfast is Boil in the Bag Kippers (which I microwave for 3 minutes) with 3 x Fried Eggs (fried in olive oil .. not extra virgin !). Its quick easy, very healthy & tasty. It also keeps me going for about 5 hours .. Perfect :-)

  • @EnjayElliott Never had kippers before, but I can believe that it is good.

  • So much fun to eat chicken wings for breakfast!!

  • @wcwify I completely agree. Breakfast never need be the same boring options again.

  • hi can i eat peanuts on the induction ?

  • @blessardone No. Check out my "can I eat this on Induction?" video for the complete list of acceptable foods.

  • @blessardone No you fucking idiot. 0 carbs.

  • @PowerHeal What? Induction is not zero carb.

  • @PowerHeal - It's easy to tell idiots by their lack of verbal skills.

  • Thanks 4 the breakfast tips, be blessed :)

  • Can you make a video cooking some mexican food? The Taco Salad is a good idea. Love the videos man. Have you read New Atkins for a new you book yet?

  • Splenda, chlorinated sugar - artificial substance unknown in nature, related to DDT and pesticides in chemical structure and least investigated sweetener for long term damage - YUMMMM!! Pour it on. There is no free lunch and at some point many will pay the price for eating this garbage. It is FOREIGN to the biological system, get it ?!

  • @oneyaker Sorry the reports of Splenda demise and danger are greatly over exaggerated, and there were numerous studies that did indeed investigate the safety of the product. There are some who are affected. Just like there are some people affected by eggs, peanuts, etc.

But this is a video about breakfast of which only one had any Splenda in it. How about commenting on the video at hand, and if you have an axe to grind, at least find an appropriate video to do it.

  • @bowulf I did comment on you enthusiastic recommendation of Splenda syrup in the video. Atkins works, no problem there. Not sure if Atkins himself would go for artificial crap. Regardless the number of studies, Splenda is a recent chemical concoction relative to all artificial sweeteners so there is NO possibility of long term studies and results, yet those prove the most decisive.

There was no short term problem with DDT either, it was great - people dosed in it until it proved to be nasty.

  • @oneyaker As for Atkins and Splenda, he recommended it. Sucralose and saccharin are the two acceptable artificial sweeteners he allowed.

People in Canada have been using the stuff for over 25 years. Exactly when should these Canadians expect their third arm to start growing? I love the conspiracy theorists. In spite of evidence to the contrary, they insist in changing behavior because it might have an impact.

I find it interesting the amount of angst over what less than 1/6th of the video.

  • @bowulf Glad you love my conspiracy theory. I find your angst interesting defending this trash non-food with such vehemence and labeling me a conspiracy theorist for mentioning unknown long term effects which to some readers may be of interest considering its chemistry as it relates to chlorinated hydrocarbons (pesticides). The point of my original response was that Splenda is synthetic crap that deserves a second look by those interested in their health. That is all I have to say.

  • @oneyaker I still find it odd the focus on Splenda out of everything else and what clearly was not the focus of the video, I certainly have other videos where such comments might actually be on topic, but it is quite apparent that our two views of reality of the safety of sucralose will never agree. In either case and whatever your motivation, good luck to you and enjoy your sucralose-less life.

  • @bowulf

  • You should avoid processed meats such as bacon and sausages due to the high nitrates. Nitrates are terrible...

  • @svtcontour Of all the things Dr. Atkins said, the one thing I haven't taken hook line and sinker is his caution against nitrates. The amount of nitrates most people get simply aren't enough to be analogous to form into nitrosamine that cause cancer. That is however others feel less comfortable with eating and restrict them. I am just not one of them.

  • @bowulf I dont know, I guess I'm paranoid about the nitrates. I dont want to find out down the road that amount of nitrates that is needed to do harm is lower than once thought. Although I guess there are many other things that are in this boat.

I've tried to reduce as much as possible, the refined white sugars and flours and I also want to cut down my eating of breads and cereals, pastas..etc to a fraction of what it is because I think I might have a mild allergy to wheats and flours...maybe

  • @bowulf The other thing that I think is misleading is the whole 'fat' will kill you thing. I think fats that occur naturally such as animal fats and fats such as what comes in raw nuts and fruits (like avocados) are perfectly fine because the body knows what to do with it. Its the really refined oils like vegetable oils, hydrogenated crap and highly heated oils which are problematic. I think cutting excess sugars is much more beneficial to most people than worrying about butter, eggs and such.

  • @svtcontour I agree. The whole fat is bad from the 80s so distorted our view on nutrition and what's good and bad. Natural foods like meats, nuts, and dairy products are the least of most people's worries.

  • Sugar causes cancer.

Don't believe me? Do some research.

  • Thanks for posting and sharing ideas!

  • hey...All of the prepared foods, ice creams, corn flakes, cakes, cola etc are forbidden in this diet..Sugar and flour is so harmful in this diet

  • @TonyParamatti I agree. People don't get that none of refined products were part of our intended diet.

  • is it ok to have a bag of chips once in a while?

  • @fopink Do I? No. Could you eventually once you hit pre-maintenance or goal? Yep. It all depends on your personal carb allowance. (ACE)

  • what !I can have pancakes? and what kind of syrup?

  • @XxVanillaSinXx Pancakes made with Induction friendly ingredients. If you search, you can find an Induction friendly crepes recipe (basically cream, cream cheese, and eggs). For syrup, Walden Farms makes a 0g Carbs 0 Calorie pancake syrup, and so does DaVinci.

You will need to count the syrup against daily sweetener total though.

  • i deffinatly think its impossable for me to not like eggs i make boiled eggs, fried eggs, terristso and eggs, eggs and shrimp, eggs and steak, eggs and bacon, theres not a day that goes by that i never not have eggs :)

  • @rosariofan101 You are definitely on the right diet then. Shoot Jimmy Moore went on a strict eggfest and saw results. I am just not a straight eggs kind of guy.

  • Great Information!!

I found a great website that is low carb, but you still get to eat what you want!!

    thelowcarbdietrecipe.info

  • Hi. I'm new to Atkins. Today is my 4th day. Can I ask you some questions?

    i) If for instance, I buy cheese and it says it has 0 carbs, but the book says this particular cheese has 0.6 carbs. Do I go with what the package says or the book? 2) When you buy hamburger, do you buy the 20% fat, 15% or 7% fat?

  • @LKLawson1

1 - I would always roughly count 1oz of cheese as 1g. Packages can claim 0g for everything from 0 to 0.9g in the U.S. Remember cheese is a limit of 3-4 oz total per day.

2 - Depends on the use, but generally I always buy ground chuck (85/15) because it works well in both patty and as ground beef. For patties 80% is more flavorful, but it might be a bit greasy if used say in the Eggplant Parmesan recipe where a lower fat percentage would be better.

  • @bowulf Thanks for all your replies. They helped alot and I feel much better about the diet. : ) Linda

  • can i eat brown bread sandwhich with tuna for school

  • @MrZainb Brown bread is not allowed until the latter phases in the Whole Grain rung of OWL phase.

  • why is everyone so anti-atkins?? these people clearly haven't done their research. this type of diet is much healthier than most people will believe. and people have been eating "low-carb" since the beginning of the human species, this really isn't a new idea, so stop acting like people who eat this way are crazy

  • @burn625 It confronts their prejudices and personal moral beliefs about the "rightness" of eating meat. It epitomizes everything evil or wrong in their eyes, and God forbid they actually think about the diet or what it actually is rationally. ForcedAnarchy is just one of many who would rather force you to eat his limited way than have you discover what works for you.

  • The Adkins diet people seem to forget there is way more to being healthy than just loosing weight, sad part is they think they know it all and go rabid on anyone who speaks the truth, they remind me of smokers when they are told smoking causes lung cancer and the second hand smoke is harming their kids and loved ones.

  • @FORCEDANARCHY "go rabid" I am afraid the only rabid one here is you. So best of luck to you, and I hope you find some new home for your ramblings and anti-meat causes because it's quite evident that rational thought has no relation with "forced anarchy."

  • In the end Adkins diet from his idiotic diet!

  • @FORCEDANARCHY More lunacy from the fringe... That is unless you can ascribe slipping on a patch of ice to one's diet.

  • Everyone I have EVER known who have done these stuff your face with dead animal diets look like hell! Yes you can lose weight but these diets are for people who want a diet where they don't have to think or use common sense. Processed meat and similar foods are not going to make you healthy. Go back to nature, exercise, and for the love of God use your brains! Water, raw fruits, veggies, and exercise---don't limit yourself on any of these.

  • @FORCEDANARCHY Apparently being a vegan limits your ability for new thoughts as you have spammed this message on other videos. Why would I choose a diet that I could not actually form new sentences and put new thoughts together as opposed to just regurgitating old ones?

  • @bowulf Why do you assume I am a vegan? I am sure many meat eaters and all traditional vegetarians would have an issue with this idiotic diet. As for my ideas being limited I am far from limited, however it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out cutting out fruits and veggies and replacing them with processed high fat meat products is a bad idea! Plenty of water, fruits, and veggies along with getting off your @ss and exercising is the only way to lose weight.

  • @FORCEDANARCHY No, just idiotic ramblings of those deprived of vital nutrients seem to have problems with it. As for your prescription, I seem to have done pretty well in losing 211 pounds at doing it my way.

"processed high fat meat products" - have you even read the diet? It is quite apparent you haven't because processed meats are particular discouraged.

  • Watch the Neurotically Yours cartoon, "Fatkins Diet," to see my stance on the whole deal.

  • @NinjaGhostScorpion Well as they opinions are like a-holes, and everyone has one -- even half-wits like foamy.

  • only thing i don't agree with is the microwaving. even if your are in a rush you shouldn't microwave food

  • @heltfreek to each their own... You can certainly make low carb food either way.

  • sounds good to me! i did the atkins diet years ago but your recpipes look nice and tasty and very easy to make to me keep up the good work!

  • I hear you. Without the guidance of the originators of these recipes, this way of living would have been much more dull for me. Thanks for watching!

  • Your the best!!! :))))

  • Thank you!

  • I have been playing with this meal, adding bean sprouts, extra onions, lots of soy sauce, boneless chicken thighs along with the kilbasa sausage in your video. I eat this for breakfast and dinner and I eat strawberries for snacks. I started this diet at 305 pounds and today I weighed in at 269 pounds. I am aiming for 195 and going to stick with it until I get there and stick with it for a lifetime. I feel energetic, alive, vigorous, healthy, mentally accute.

  • I just prepared your meal. I used sesame oil, soy sauce, chili oil on the brocolli, onions, peppers in a separate pan, and a small amount of szechuam over the top of the finished dish to add some spice. I served it to my entire family and everyone enjoyed it. You should make some more vidoes and show yourself preparing it too. Thank you for being a part of Youtube's educations series.

  • Making stir-fries is simply a great way to add color, veggies, and great fats into your diet. I am so glad you liked them. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just rewatched this video, and I am so glad I am not using Windows Movie Maker or that old webcam any longer.

  • by fat do you mean it in good way or bad?

  • Eating fat is a good thing in one's diet. It's how on Atkins you fuel your activities.

  • so basicly u have 2 eat egg bacon sausage cus i couldent mind

  • No, you have a wide variety of things to eat, including 2-3 cups of vegetables even on Induction.

  • great video. Adkins does work better than other diets for me. I love to eat and with adkins I could eat all I wanted and still I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.

  • I feel the same about Atkins. It simp[y worked for me where all other diets failed. I never stressed about food or had the constant longing for eating again like all other diets.

Thanks for watching and providing your success story into the mix.

  • Thanks for the ideas on breakfasts, there's a lot of useful info there. Been struggling for breakfast ideas and like you said totally over bacon and eggs :). On my second week of induction at the moment and have lost nearly 9 pounds, so i'm well pleased with that. Keep up the good work

  • Hi just a quick ? 19 days on induction ...only 4 lbs. weight loss...what the heck... I've stayed in 20grams a day ...never gone out of ketosis...and have kept a fitday log each day...drink up to 80 oz. of water daily...exercise 40-50 minutes of high energy exercise 5 days a week... can you give me some insentive to keep going...

  • Send me a pm with your fitday journal, and let me see if I can discover what might be going on. Also check out the not losing on Induction video I made.

  • The reason I'm asking abo
