I didn't know it was done. Where did you get the tracks from? I thinkg the problem is the tracks are too loose. Hanomags didn't hav the uppe idler like the USA models did but the tracks weren't extremely loose either

@19viking56 Changing the wheel design some, it would tend to throw a track when you make a tight turn
