  • @Nickp5954 i got tons of videos on chest training. check em out. but to make it short focus on incline chest training, the upper region of the chest always grows faster than the rest. dumbbell always (no barbell for incline bench, save that movement for seated barbell shoulder press or military press).

  • @ProfitMuhammed man growing up as fat and looking in the mirror every day until now, it's kinda hard to NOT see the fat that's left behind. it's a psychological thing its hard to explain. just like you can't see yourself growing (height wise), it's hard for me to notice the fat leaving. it's still on my midsection though THAT i can feel

  • What are the best beans to eat, I.e ones that are high in protein, ive heard the twins say purvian but dont think u can get them here in the uk.

  • @toddyc111 before you decide which are the best to eat, first start eating a lot of beans. the time you 'll waste trying to decide which beans are the best could've been spent eating them already. just go in the dry beans section (never eat canned beans), and look at the nutrition labels and pick the ones with the better macros that s all.

  • You've made some pretty impressive gains, you're starting to look like your uncle. Your chest and abs are way more defined than in your first video, especially your abs. I suggest you consider working on your forearms, though.

  • daynm homie talk about being fat, you aint fat, i am fat i weight 215 lbs and at 5 ft 8 that is fat, and for me i can't get clean food, don't got time to cook and i usually eat what is put on the table, so i am focusing in getting in the protein, i am getting strong again but fuck man, you ain't fat.

  • @ak47ava if you can't get clean food, still find a way to eat 6 times a day. i know it sounds crazy but believe it or not, someone who eats average food in small portions 6 times a day is WAAAYY better off than someone who eats average food whenever the fuck he wants. your metabolism will be much more stable and always burning if you eat small portions every 3 hrs or so. not saying its good to eat bad foods, but if u don't have a choice then at least eat them in small portions 6x/day

  • lower back and rear delts looking alright, need to work on the overall thickness and traps. chest is looking good thats probably ur strongest point, tri and biceps are kinda weak, will look out for the next video for sure man

  • @mlguthriewrestling wait till you turn 16...your testosterone levels are gonna start shooting through the roof. make sure you're healthy and disciplined by that time, because that's the best opportunity to start laying a foundation for later muscle growth. for now, just keep doing your pushups/pullups on top of your weightlifting etc and eat your proteins, good carbs and green veggies. you're gonna be a threat in no time.
