This proves that on sunday it was just a snap decision since he took his dog to the western union office his reciept was stamped 11:17, 4 minutes later LHO was dead. On another note why the F was LHO being paraded around in front of reporters?? I saw footage from the time stating LHO was due to appear at a press conference an hour after he was shot. A press conference for F sake!! Had the Dallas PD ever heard of such a thing as prejudicing a trial?? Of course if the plan was not to have a trial...
