@AlChestBreach don't worry about your xp, I used the advlevel command in new vegas and never took the here and now perk, just kept killing and questing and eventually my xp just caught up and I advanced. So now I'd just suggest using the console to add some xp to get you more realistically close to the goal and just keep going about your business. After all the here and now perk just adds the necessary xp for you to level up, o why not just add it yourself?
