Actually your wrong, it IS specified. At the begginning of SAW V you see Hoffman carrying her out of the Gideon building. And its her fault the FBI knew it was Hoffman who was helping Jigsaw. Watch SAW VI unrated , and watch the clip at the end of the credits. Then youll get your answers
