ofc it cant, videos are pre rendered movie files, the only way you can get a random frame to appear in one is if its placed there during its composing.

@Jeweledstones I don't know what country YOU live in, but the guy that made this video speaks english with an american accent, said he was watching the FOOD network (that's an american broadcasting network, if you didn't know), and was watching it on DIRECTV (which is an american TV provider, btw), and yes, these things can and sometimes DO happen in america, because of the difficulty in proving these things in court cases. It's hard to prove that it happened in a live broadcast.

and what do we get, nothing! Do some research and look up why TV was invented. Check out Retroracer 13 1959 Chevrolet Impala! Why do you think we buy the things that we buy? We are told even without sublimials to purchase things, lots of things, things that cost a lot of money and things we don't need. The Foodnetwork is huge! There are so many Celebrity Chefs and they make tons of money! They have restaurants, sauces, seasonings, and now many of them have pots and pans. Now , we watch, we eat, we get sick from the poisons that our food is being treated with, we seek medical care, the HMO's get paid, the doctors and hospitals get paid Foodnetwork gets paid,
