The brawl version of Ike is pretty accurate I'd say. He kills everything around him late game in only a few hits. He doesn't need as much hits to kill people in Brawl either. His attack style is supposed to be rough and unique, seeing as that's how he, Greil and the Black Knight fight. Since the BK was trained by Greil as well as Ike, it would make sense that Ike borrows his front smash from the BK's standard attack animation. I could go on, but it fits him well for everything save his slowness.

I´m thinkin about buying this game, would you recommend it?? I love Fire Emblem Blazing Swords, and The Sacred Stones. Even tough i never really read the story in those games. (I just love the game play). But it´s easier to read on a big screen, that´s why i want to know if i should get this game. Sorry for the weird explanation.

If you like the gameplay then yeah you'll like this game.

The plot's alright but it's not great. Characters are awesome though.

I'd recommend it.

Boyd's a great unit! I love to use him a lot, even in Radiant Dawn and since PoR for a lot of play trhoughs, he's just hot-headed, but he's cool... :D always on my Top 5!! :D

You know I've actually never had a playthrough of this game, where Boyd didn't die somewhere along the line lol. But I prefer him over alot of the later characters. I just tend to get reckless with him a bit. With a class called Fighter, you'd think you could but eh :\

I don't think Boyd's that much of a jerk...he's just eccentric. Haha. Not a horrible unit either, but then again none of the Greil Mercs are really.

I just want to thank you for actually putting up an intelligent LP of PoR on youtube. All the ones I've seen, the people don't know crap about the game. Looking forward to see how this turns out compared to my own personal play throughs.

This one is on Gamecube, and the sequal is for Wii.

There are two for GBA too, and one for DS, but after that you'll have to do some importing if you want to play the rest.

If you want to think that sure lol.

I don't think I've even tried a playthrough on hard.... The epilouge file is on Easy IIRC. And the Endgame is probably on normal.

But I haven't touched this game in years so I could be wrong lol.
