When political tactics are done to gridlock a particular scapegoat in a specific party or position, OR EVEN A CITIZEN, that could violate human rights especially in a scenrio where false accusations were made. The real ethics in this case was there was no ethics. Because we all know it wasn't done for doing the right thing, it was done for politics.

I not a big Sarah Palin fan even though I'm a Republican. I think that most if not all of these complaints are frivolous. Any innocent situation can be twisted to appear shady if you try hard enough. It is also my understanding that this WACKO filing the complaints has a personal agenda against Palin. Why is it that anyone can stir up these accusations costing both the government and the accused large legal fee's to defend themselves and be proven innocent with no penalties to the accuser.

Gov.Palin resigned because she could not adequately do her job anymore because everyday she was being bombarded with ethics complaints.

She saw that if she stayed on as Governor it would cost the state millions of dollars in wasted time and resources to defend against false and maliciously filed complaints and doom it to gridlock.

Gov.Palin is now restoring the governor's office to order, at great sacrifice to her , so it can do what she promised to do .

Palin stated in a tweet that Andree asked her for a job.  She also ran for office in Alaska herself (the 24th). She may be upset that she didn't get a job after all. She filed 5 complaints.

I just read a Rachel D'oro piece (she's with Associated Press) on the Ethics charges against. Gov. Palin. Dated July 14th. Toward the end of the piece it says that Palin has indicated that Andree McLeod -who has filed 5 complaints against Sarah Palin- sought a job from Palin. There is another source...Keith Olberman...he talks about Palin is accused of giving key positions to friends when she became governor.
