Unfortunately, the mod linked in the description only works with patch 1.0.3.0, and I too am having trouble installing the mod at the moment, because Windows Live won't let me play unless i use the latest patch. So I'm kind of stuck my self. My conclusion was; wait for a Ragdoll mod which supports the latest patches.

@lyohzcfio Sure pal, if you want patch 1.0.3.0 just search for ''GTA 4 Patch 1.0.3.0'' on Google, then click on the first link which should be ''thegtaplace''. And then scroll down until you see a link that says ''DOWNLOAD MIRROR''. Then you just need to install the patch, and the ragdoll mod should work fine :)

Gta 4 has higher production values, better story, graphics, physhics, i had more fun playing gta 4. rock* did release 2 big dlc expansions one a more serious tone the other full of fun.
