And he means that if you went to Newties, you'd be hitting MUCH MUCH lower.

I went at 80, but at that level you just sit behind the rope spamming triple fire & summons. it's kinda boring till you have enough cooling effect & octopus to do it like I do in this video.

those are both equips from the maple secret service event a few months back. the 11 dex item is a hat (agent N's receiver) and the 9 dex item is an earring (agent C's transmitter)

nope, but if you have enough STR added from equips, it's possible to wear certain level 110 or 120 items.

nope, if I stunned the newtie instead, the summons would remove the stun and I'd get attacked. freeze never gets cancelled. and yeah, the magic attack can hit from that distance.

Then you have=

10 att gloves

And also theres=

20 att weather effect.

the book is actually his yeti picking up a newtie card for the "monster book". its a book that holds all the information for all the monsters in the game (if you have the cards for them) =] its kinda like goombario's tattle log if you've ever played paper mario.

nope. I only have one set and it lasts longer than my bullets and potions do. doesn't matter either way though, you can still freeze without ice capsules
