I dont know if you have done this yourself what I did with the paradiddle is start using both my hands and feet syncopated then invert them so my hands or feet are still at the same tempo as my well hands or feet only taking opposite sides to another then once having the speed to my desire using my feet as a measure to now count 36 notes or however fast I can or want to go with my feet in a paradiddle of double bass and incorperating beats of my liking and choice to my hands or opposite
