Kenner Aliens Queen alien and Bull alien review

hey man i REALY need your help with my alien queen..... the problem is that how your alien queen's little mouth comes out with no problem, mine has a problem were the little mouth gets cought on the top jaw, but it still works i just have to pull out the little mouth......do u know if there is a way to fix it?

@xenoman32 Try when the little mouth is all the way out, to LIGHTLY hold the mouth down...Is the little mouth getting stuck on the teeth of the queen? If that is the case, do that holding lightly on the little mouth...I have never heard of this problem before. Also, check the squishy part of the queen's head that you press. If there is a tear or a hole in the rubber part, that might be what's doing it because it isn't getting enough "air" to push it all the way out.

@xenoman32 If it's getting caught on the teeth, that means the little mouth is is going straight into them, that's why it's getting caught. Try putting the little mouth all the way out past the teeth, and push downward on it slightly. If you push too hard, you will bend the bar too much or break it. It you are able to slightly bend the bar downward, it will be downward enough to avoid the teeth on the way out.

cool figure :) i had the snake,bull and flying queen alien when i was little, however my brother snapped the head off the snake alien, so to show how mad i was at him, i snapped all the heads of the other two.

This brings back memories when i had these as a child aswell. I never had the queen, but i had the flying queen, unfortunatly one day i found it broken. I had a lot of aliens, but most are lost for unknown reasons. (I think my grandfather sold them >:/ ) One of my favs was the Wild Boar because of the spikes on it. Now, I only have 4 left, the gorrila, 2 warriors, and the aqua alien. . . Thnx for the memories though.

@vikocho123 I think what happens is it is a regular facehugger like you see in the movies and whatever host they attach to, matches the DNA and the facehugger (alien) DNA mixes with the host DNA and it somewhat takes the form of the host. So the facehugger attached to a bull and had a bull alien. Remember in Alien 3, the facehugger attached to a dog (an ox in the special edition) and that alien comes out as a four-legged alien.

God every Queen was gone when I went to buy my Alien toys. :-(

I never got her. I did however come home with two other Aliens, one was a all Green and had wings, it was a Mantis Alien or something like that, It was hard and hurt people when stepped on. And the other which was my favorite, was kind of built like the Bull Alien, but when you bent his front legs these huge spikes would protrude from it's back then retract when the legs were released. <---I wish I could remember that one's name. :-(

I found this in my old toy collection the other day, I agree it's silly concept wise but I bought it new too. Probably for the same reason you did. I remember that Queen she had the spitting mouth with the air pump my friend had it. Was awesome. I used to get all kinds of toys cause my mom worked at KB as a store manager so I got first pick on shipments.

@legosonic1 well in all truthfulness you dont need the queen facehugger to do so. look at alien 1-2 and i think 4 but i dont remember much of that movie. in 1+2 a regular facehugger made the queen. its a psychological matter within the telepathic wavelengths in the aliens if a alien is the first alien to be born something in the telepathic "wavelength" making the first born one molt and grow/ evolve into the next queen so that they can continue the growth cycle. but your also right too.

@Zeltek in CT it was very hard to find. Marines were a piece of cake to find. It was harder to find ALL aliens...the Queen being the biggest toy was hardest in the area I lived in.

originally in alien 3 it did come from an impregnated ox which would've made it a bull alien only it looked same as as any other alien only a quadraped. but later ditched it for a dog

I wish I had both the flying queen and king alien, but unfortunately I don't own them. Most videos of aliens on youtube from what I have seen on are just people posting their collections. I may pick them up at some point. These toys are not all that expensive on ebay

the one where it comes out of the ox is actually accurate. If you have the two-disc version of the third movie, they play a "special edition" where it comes out of a dead ox. It also shows in more gruesome detail Hicks' death.

I have some of these Alien toys, and they were pretty gimmicky, some even silly but hey-- it was the 90s, and toys of R-Rated movies were being produced for children, which had to be altered in some ways.

Kenner did make a movie accurate version of the Queen in the mid 90s, complete with egg sack too!

And yeah, I remember Caldor, Bradlees, and lets not forget Kiddy-City!
