is that a sagat or tall character combo only?

I thought it only worked on Sagat, but somebody actually did it on my Abel the other day too.

Ah, Akumas infinite combo. Yeah it works on all tall characters and other characters that looks almost the same. for example: this works on Sagat, Sangief, Rufus, Gouken(i think) and Seth. The reason why it also works in Abel its because hes Body Model is almost the exact same size as Seth (they are like twins) but whit different Battle Postures which makes one look taller than the other. A shorter way to put it is saying that their hit boxes are big or high enough for the combo to work.
