thank you for posting this. It is outragious how women use this excuse to keep their sedentary lifestyle. That, and the white knights that continue to tell women that visceral Fat is "curvy." No, it is fat. Cardio is good for a cut, but you only burn calories while you're on the treadmill or other equipment. Lifting, combined with a caloric deficit but high protein diet is the best (only) way to achieve the figure you want.

I fucking hate when people try to tell me "Lift light weights with a lot of reps and you'll get shredded!!"... okay buddy.
