One of the things you could say in the affidavit s that if there is no response within a certain amount of days that you specify it will be understood that the claim is accepted. With monetary penalties for the one that do not accept or abuse that claim. Wonderful!

I have stood in the Courts of the UK. They are places where money is extracted and the law is manipulated to serve the wages of the Judges, Police and Civil Servants. Any record of the proceedings is blurred or inadequately recorded. If you try to take a recording device into court you are Guilty of an Offense: Contempt. I have tried.
I use d civil courts as well. One case took 7 years 2 get 2 trial. Settled in my favour & beat them again 5 years later. D Judge was very good & had a complete understanding of d notion of tragedy which was lost on d defence Barrister.
There needs 2b simpler legal remedies & particularly 4 d poor.
New Labour have spend 13 years destroying Legal Aid to the point the poor cannot get their rights enforced through the court.
Remember in English Law English should be used as it is commonly used.

The Queen does have power. She has to sign all laws passed by Pariament and the leaders of the major parties comply with this convention.

My Grandfathers name was Flight Lieutenant Andrew Angus (Gus) Henderson. He did 50 flying missions over the North Sea based out of Northern Scotland. He did over 550 hours of combat flying between 1941/43 and then got sent to the Bahamas. He had several jobs/responsibilities. One was gunnery training. Planes made in the USA had to be test flown before being shipped to Britain and that was another of his responsibilities.
He used to go flying with Howard Hughes usually using a flying boat.

Even if d court records were open most people would not be interestd in readng them. Have you read court papers. I have and it is almost as if they are speaking to themselves in anothr language.
dare was an appeals judge Law Lord that in d 1970's basically ordered that d English used courts should be that as commonly understood. So it is always good to take a reasonable copy of a dictionary with you.
Barristers tend to believe themselves even when what they are saying is patent nonsense.

You won't find them. If you do, LET US ALL KNOW PLEASE. The case was pre-paid for by either the parties or the state, so saying that we should pay for access is a lie. The costs are covered.
I've been to court and never lost. But when I try to find the case names, they are not there. IT IS ALL COVERED UP!!!

my point is if you organised properly - then you could do things like assist each other and post the court documentation on your own website, it wouldnt matter if they hide the info - you have it and you can publish it, it sounds like you know what you are doing and i congradulate you. My opinion is people only care about who won x-factor and house prices anyting else is too much trouble, let alone going to court to challenge the TV Licence. Who is there to help them?

Oh! I forgot. I never paid the fine and I told the court that on the day of the hearing. I have not heard anything since. If they do come near me then I am ready. Knowledge is power as dynamiteduane has stated. The key to beating these ' Authorities ' lies in their own literature. Play one against the other i.e. Environmental Health against the Local Authorities recycling department. If you have a problem with a large company, use the evidence of their nemesis, the opposite large company. FUN!!

Could you not find a believer in your cause that is due to meet the queen like people do all the time, for comendations etc... and get that person to hand the affidavit to the queen then. Or does the document have to be served by John Harris himself? Does the meaning of the document have to be explained first before being served in order for it to be valid because if not then could he not try again and hand it to another copper?

One of the things you could say in the affidavit s that if there is no response within a certain amount of days that you specify it will be understood that the claim is accepted. With monetary penalties for the one that do not accept or abuse that claim. Wonderful!

I have stood in the Courts of the UK. They are places where money is extracted and the law is manipulated to serve the wages of the Judges, Police and Civil Servants. Any record of the proceedings is blurred or inadequately recorded. If you try to take a recording device into court you are Guilty of an Offense: Contempt. I have tried.

I use d civil courts as well. One case took 7 years 2 get 2 trial. Settled in my favour & beat them again 5 years later. D Judge was very good & had a complete understanding of d notion of tragedy which was lost on d defence Barrister.
There needs 2b simpler legal remedies & particularly 4 d poor.
New Labour have spend 13 years destroying Legal Aid to the point the poor cannot get their rights enforced through the court.
Remember in English Law English should be used as it is commonly used.

I think if a camera flashes you then only the insurance company really need to know about it. They could rate how well you adhere to the rules and weight your premium accordingly, saving careful drivers money.
I say do away with the concept of the driving liscense and make it a prisonable offense to operate a vehicle on the public highways without insurance. Simples.... but not as profitable for the cops!

Driving tests could be handled by private testing companies who operate in competition with each other (tesco's driving licence anyone?)
You might think if testing was open to anyone to set up a company, then crooks would move in and start selling positive test results... well yes they could, but the people they pass are going to be statistically more likely to be involved in an accident and the insurance companies will not want to do business with them because it costs too much.

I've already got neighbours that ride without a license and insurance. Making it a condition of driving on the highway to only have insurance would not make a blind difference to these guys. If they hit you, you end up having to rely upon Criminal Injuries Compensation which has a Max pay out of £500,000 no matter how much it could cost to care for you.

i used to process serve...the policeman moving away from him shows that he knows it is viable...for the papers to be served u have to touch the recipient with the papers if he refuses to take them...u can also throw the papers at them...physical touch = served...probably not advisable to a copper thoe, this is why they have u for assult if u touch one during an argument, because it one of the 3 common laws..injury

I'd say this was a petition to the sovreign (God bless her) and not actually an afidavit, which is a sworn statement in proceedings or legal practices. The two I think are completely separate issues.
