  • Peace to you Queen~

  • I am an author writing a book on locks and your story would be perfect for my book I have 6 satandard questions I ask. e-mail me at rizerfall@yahoo.com if you are interested in participating and help me to get the word out. I have a blog with several other interviews you can check out

  • sick

  • Hey i love your locs...i cant wait to start. But you look tall ...how tall are you?

  • nice very pretty

  • Do you know how many locs you have? lol

  • @sexysher82 201

  • Hey I started my locs when I was 18 and had them for 11 years. One of the tips I learned for the ends is to fold the end back up just a little and wrap the fuzzy ends around the loc tightly to have a more rounded end. I have just decided to locs up again and just looking at your locs reminds me about how beautiful they are.

  • @TheMakedah1 that is a good idea. I decided to just cut some of my ends though =/

  • Hey, so I recently went to a consultation for locks, and they're really expensive...I LOVE YOUR LOCKS they're so beautiful and compliment you very well....is there any chance that you did them yourself?

  • @deedza011 thank you =) and yes I started and maintain mine. If I can do it, you can too lol

  • im in LOVE with u and i dnt even no u but....we never meet.. and i love ur hair toooooo sexy

  • @ziy843 haha, thanks

  • hey! i love your video so much that i subscribed to your channel lol i really want dread so badly but i don't know how to start it out. my hair is like 9 inches (or longer) and natural at the roots. my mum told me that if i start dreading with my own hair, it will look shorter and go into my head as the locs start to form so i should add hair extensions onto it to add more length. did you use any extensions in the initial stages before your hair started to lock? i need help lol please reply thnx

  • @XavierKillJoy thank you. if you don't know where to start, you should do some research on the best way to start with your hair texture and length. I didn't have any extensions when I started my locking process. but your mom is right, your hair will shrink up. there are videos on youtube about loc extensions if you want to check those out. good luck =)

  • I just watched your 2 month loc update video and I can so relate on wanting the time to go by faster! && look a year! I reached 2 months yesterday and I feel like time is going by so slow...lol Loving your locs though!

  • @NaturallyNaomi1920 congrats on reaching 2 months! time is going to start flying lol and thank you =)

  • U are beautiful...& so are ur locs:) Do u think that locs are accepted in the professional world?

  • @Mrsurreal81 awe thanks =) Yes I think they are accepted.

  • After seeing this video, I have finally decided (after a year of researching) to put locs in my hair also. Thank you for sharing. You should also do videos on makeup and skin care because you are beautiful!

  • @Pony99Pal no problem and thank you =). I may start doing that when I get a better camera. Good luck on your journey when you start!

  • Wen I first got locs I did mine the same way .........now I'm finna do it again.........she is so sexy

  • @jalilthuggin lol, thanks

  • U welcum ^_^

pretty locs suite your pretty face

  • Well saw your more recent lock and must say your locks look really good. You promote locks well.

  • @illyblessed thank you

  • they look great on you girl! and i think i would put wax on my ends, we have the same hair texture. lol

  • I loced my hair this sunday, with my sister´s help in parting.. I had her look at your video to see an example of the size I wanted my locs to be. She was very impressed by your locs, and said you are gorgeous! ITA! I´ve been napptural 8 yrs, and even if I knew that I wanted to loc, I still wanted to be inspired by people who´ve started their locs with two strand twists. You are the one who inspired me most to stick to two strand twists starter locs. Many thanks, and peace an blessings to you.

  • @originalathena congrats on starting your journey! awe tell your sis I said thank you lol. Glad I can help. peace and blessings to you too =)

  • Well as the all keep saying your very attractive but that not dreadlock they look to false but if you like then thats cool but if you want real lock just wash them and leave them to dry natural.

  • @illyblessed lol yes they are real

  • they are cute

  • @SweetCocoa69 thank you

  • You're Hot!

  • @Cris0rtiz lol thanks

  • @Just_Lk_Kandy

  • wow she drop dead sexy 4:11

  • @614kickadoor thank u

  • your loc's are hot....wats the name of this song

  • @stephanielemons thank you. forever ain't enough

  • I started my loc journey 5 months ago with twists also, I have problem with twisting my roots so i interlock them. I'm really afraid having thin locs doing this method. should I try to twist my roots even though I interlock twice since I started my journey ?

  • @freenatural973 if you feel like interlocking will thin out your roots I think you should definitely try just twisting the roots.

  • thank u so much, all your videos have inspired me to start my dreads.

  • @Younglaylay20 yay =) well good luck on your journey!

  • U did a good job with your hair It is very pretty,I would like to now how u twisted those rolls n front of your hair did u get a comb and separate them and platt going back?...BBLESSED Johanna

  • @missjfc59 thank you. I don't get the question sorry. what rolls are you talking about?

  • I am so inspired by your videos - thank you!!!! One thing i'm not sure on when you say you did a braid out at 5 months, does that mean you took the twists out and then just left them to dread up? So excited to start my lock journey this week..

  • @Misspetaluma aww thank you =) and nah, doing a braid out means just braiding 3 locks together and then taking them out after a while to get that crinkly look =) hope that helps, and good luck with your journey!

  • Hi,im malaysha and i am going to start my loc journey january 1st and i cant wait....but i wanted to tell you that your locs fit your face perfect....o yea ?....how long should i keep my hair natural before i start them??

  • @Younglaylay20 thank you =) it really doesn't matter how long you keep your hair natural before you start them. I guess people usually start their locs when their hair gets to a length they feel comfortable with in having locs. good luck on your journey!

  • do they get smaller from when you first put them in?

  • @Lacehairwigs nope, they get bigger

  • beautiful!!! my second set they are 2yrs as of sept 30 loving them

  • @rwilliams2290 thank you and congrats!

  • I just started my locs 3 days ago... I feel like I have so long to go! I haven't uploaded my two-strand twist video, but I do have the video I made the day before. Check it out!

  • Don't add the wax... your hair may seal on its on or not.. I think the beauty of locs are they are individual to you and your hair texture. Your locs are gorgeous!

  • @superslyfoxx1 thank you!

  • wet tha ends them twist the ends wit sum beeswax

  • @YaHerdme9191 lol thank you and thanks for the tip =)

  • aye shawty yu badd !

  • Hi, your locs are amazing! Question, how did you get the thin loc at the front? That one which you combined with another one? Thanks

  • @originalathena thank you =) and I have no idea how I got the thin loc at the front lol. It might be because I made the loc too small when I started it...

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! THIS VIDEO HAS ME SO INSPIRED...IM GONNA DO IT!!! JANUARY I WILL START MY LOC JOURNEY! DO BE UPSET IF YOU THINK IM YT STALKING YOUR VIDEOS! ;) JUST REALLY NEED THE INSPIRATION AND HELP! THANKS AGAIN!!

  • @kuntrigul LOL that was funny. you're welcome girl and good luck!!!

  • Your hair looks beautiful!

  • @msmena313 thank you!

  • Palm roll your ends when you re-twist your hair. That will help with the fuzz. But, in my opinion ur hair looks amazing. I wish my locs looked like yours.

  • @SIP612 thank you. well my ends don't look like this anymore, but I appreciate the input =)

  • look up a blunt tip end for dreads to make them more uniform.

  • yu bad af and tall# winning

  • @MeEcHiEpRaDa lol thanku

  • I really love your hair and your style. You are working them locs girl! I am curious to know what products did you use twist your locs for the first time? Also, what do you use to maintain them? I have like 4-5 inches of length (BC' ed in April 2011), do you think twists would work well with my length? I attempted coils for starter locs but it did not work well...

  • @mzjackson83ful thanks girl =) When I first started my locs I used Organics Olive Oil Twist and Loc Gel. But I only used that because I used it to do my two strand twists in the past and it was just around. Now I use Organic Root Stimulator Loc and Twist Gel. I think twists would be good for that length. I think coils are harder to deal with when washing and stuff like that. Good luck!

  • Hey, locs lookin fly! Have u tried using a crochet hook to blunt ur ends? It allows frizzy ends to get pulled back into the loc so ur ends look tame. Thats what I did to mine a while ago....keep at it!

  • @sjeanrich thank you! and no I have never tried that though it sounds like a really good idea. My locs have kind of worked themselves out since I have made this video so its not really a problem anymore, but thank you =) always good to know

  • @TueElz lovin ur Locs! Keep it up

  • @modestyizcool thank you =)

  • Do u palm roll ur locs?....if so can u make a bus about how u retighten ur locs pls...BTW locs look beautiful

  • @cocokisses787 I could never get the palm rolling down so I don't do that. I just retwist the roots. I have a clip on how I do that in my 15 Month Loc Update vid if you want to check that out. and thank you =)

  • You are Amazing! I had to post this to my Facebook wall! Thanks for even more inspiration! By the way I haven't watch any of ur uploads, but are you a model? If not SHULD B!

  • You got me sold on startn my locs now! Im at 19 months natural. Do you have any ideas for me? How did you start?

  • @Sweetss30 I started with two strand twists. The only ideas I have for you are make sure you did your research and go for it =)

  • i had the same problem so i cut the ends of mine

  • @t9250 yeah i chose to do that too...

  • when you retwist your hair you can put either gel/wax to the ends an do the palm rolling technique to the end of your dreads after a few months they should start to form more into a loc hope this helps
