@higurashimori well i found that out and the 1 turn focus punch is an iq skill called no-charge i think and ginseng goes to the move that you set not top move cuz my set move is not at the top

@haloguy2323 you use ginseng to get the +1. ginseng boosts the power of the topmost move(the move on top) then , after its boosted, you can switch your moves back around if u want them in a certain order.
