under rear passenger seat, inthe floor is a nice dished area it fit into perfectly. I hammered a clearance spot for the motor , ran the wiring thru the body plug under the carpet into the center console
look for the power top button for convertiable. make a great open close switch
stall was great. launched at 1000-1200, used 26x11.5x16 et streets. Improved from 1.9-1.95 60 foots to avg low 1.7's to best of 1.69. No other changes. times went from 7.86 avg. to avg of low 7.6's. Get decent reg street tires thou. I used my old fuzions during a tire swap session. can't get traction under 35mph
one cut out 3" by quick time performance. Its mounted after the cat (If I had one), just before it goes over the axle. Under the car, where the rear right passenger sits, is a perfect spot, the floor allows access for it to tuck up nice and close. Send an email i'll send pix how it fits
does exhaust cutouts give perforance or is it just to make it sound more sick lol and how much to do it and does it hurt the engine ...thanks let me know
u still got a 10 bolt in your car? yeah i get 2.1-2.2's in my 96 TA on street tires (got the gu5 3.23 rear axle A4)....bout to have some pacesetter LT's and y-pipe once i have a free weekend to install. TB + programmer and i'll be at full bolt-ons ;) think it's safe to run DR's on that 10 bolt making that much power? (full bolt-ons)
did not throw any codes, went from 8.03 best in 8th to immediate 7.8 (flowmaster is a choker)
