The 2-horned beast (GB-USA) mentioned in Revelation 13:11-13 is also named "the false prophet" (Rev 16:13) because it was acting like a false prophet when it was propagating the creation of the "image of the wild beast" (Rev 13:14,15) which is the League of Nations which "was" from 1920 to 1939, "is not" from 1939 to 1945 and "ascends out of the abyss" in 1945 as the UN (Rev 17:8).
