@Paul: I absolutely enjoy every contribution of your wisdom and expertise. Glad that I learned English as a foreign language - and that I'm able to conceive what you have to offer. Thank you so much!
@Gideon359 and the rest of the grudging kind: may god bless you with some insight into what is more important to your own wellbeing than acting& speaking miserable.
All modern society is a conspiracy against good mental and physical health. You cannot spend 8 hours a day sitting in an office and then wonder why you are so weak and flabby and suffer from all sorts of physiological ailments.
The human body was designed to be very active, walking for miles each day, the loping style of endurance running, and sudden one-off lifting of all sorts of weights e.g a tree trunk, large rock.
Hey I'm growing wealth from knowledge... I've studied the field of currency trading, and am making a killing in the markets right now! So yeah, knowledge = wealth! FTW!
So glad you are prospering! In actual fact, "applied knowledge = wealth". There are MANY with knowledge in the academic sense that don't exhibit any measurable wealth as a byproduct other than paper on the wall. My dream is to share practical tips that convert to functional knowledge, which may be converted to wealth for those practicing in the exercise and/or health care professions.
2 years ago i had 0 degree pelvic tilt and i stretched the hell out of my hamstrings and glutes, I now have a 15 degree anterior pelvic tilt and yet on paper i still have tight hamstrings (in hamtstring length test i achieve roughly 70 degrees hip flexion). I believe i have excessive thoracic kyphosis, scoliosis and an upper cervical subluxation as well as other imbalances. I am pretty meesed up. Do you know of any therapists in the UK who are skilled enough to fix me ?

@PaulChekLive Yeah, absolutely, knowledge + action = wealth! Knowledge without application is worthless!
And yeah I did enjoy the clip, thank you for sharing this information from your many years of experience in the field!!
