It's hard to judge at this resolution. A high resolution still would have been better than a few low resolution frames that I surmise got butchered by YouTube anyway....
Never doubted its rendering capabilities, but for me the Blender UI is just too much. I'm sure its fine when you get used to it, but I (and, I think, many others) just don't have the time and patience for that.

you can add several copies of the short clip in a video editor. or just append in virtualdub
