hey that is amazing facts and i so agree but im 12 and kids cannot hit it lol its hilarious but i only throw it once every inning so i dotn hurt myself
Hey Guys Check out my video a knuckle curve strategy that doesnt put nearly enough pressure on your elbow.....its the one with the chubby kid wearing the green A's hat!
back up to 55 feet and work there for a few days,,then move back a foot or two work there for a few days and on and on...that's the best way to get there
hey paul, im 13, and im pitch from 54 feet or somethin like that, im playing for this all star team that is playing up a year, so its
14U, but theyy pitch from 60feet, 6in. of course, i practice from 60 feet, but im still pitching with myy mechanics i used from 54, the ball either sails high, or i have to slow my arm up to throw a good pitch, but my regular fastball is around 70-75, if i slow my arm up its only around 64-66, do u have any tips on mechanics to solve this?
You seem to know everything about pitching...but I am not a pitcher. Would you object to doing a video on say conditioning for shortstop? Secondly, my inner elbow tendon tends to hurt which is a common injury. Is my arm damaged for good or have I simply learned bad mechanics and continue to repeat them. Will my arm be capable of throwing hard again without pain if I fix the mechanics?
cool check out my vids

Nice video paul.
And I bet most people said oh .... when they saw they're first good curve.
But i smoked mine for a double down the left field line, that dude didn't throw anything that remotely moved to me for the rest of the year.
