Mained Terran for a long time. After continually hearing about how my race was OP, I'm like, "Fine! Fine! I love the dynamic nature of the Terran, but if everyone is going to flip out on me, I'm just going to play random."

Toss are macro on easy mode as far as I'm concerned. I feel a little guilty, but I've never gotten a "toss is OP" comment, so I use that as my excuse to myself to keep playing as them. Still feel like a bit of a race traitor, though.

I am a master level player that plays all three races in 1v1, and even I don't think i know enough to comment. all you silver players make me laugh with your OP comments. if you're talking about learning a race to a fairly high level, I personally think protoss is the easiest of the three; terran being the easiest for players of mid diamond and below; zerg always being the hardest to master regardless of the player level. But to be fair, i think zerg has the most potential if anything. Infestors
was due to MAP not RACE. if it's short rush distance, with only 1 path and cliffs, of course terran > toss > zerg. but if it's OPEN field with long rush distance then it's Z >P > T. A terran can't stay on the same macro level as a zerg or protoss late game merely because of how inefficient Terran tech transition and production cycles are. If you went bio as terran by late game... you still just have bio. while a zerg can easily just build one new tech building for transitions

Terran is very op because banshees Medivac tanks and Vikings, not to mention mules. Just look at the Grand Master server stats anywhere in the world and it's obvious.
Terrans only op if a noob is playing that race, protoss = high cost, slow build, kickass units- Zerg = low cost, quick build, weaker units (unless massed / bunched up)
Terran = medium cost,medium build time, average troops
All races have pluses and disadvantages, and yes, terran is op if noobs play and wall, but if u have a good player going terran, get ready for a long and fun fight

@bumblebumz except the best foreigners were there, but the best koreans werent. GSL, widely considered the hardest tournament in the world due to its player pool is CONSISTENTLY out preforming both races, sometimes combined. Terran has the most medals, the most in code S, and the HIGHEST win rate. Terran is obviously imbalanced. The statistics dont lie.

@contemplationofmeh Who gives a FUCK what's going on in korea? Korea isn't the end all be all to what is balanced and what isn't. Those stats don't even consider that that a good chunk of the Koreans pick terran because they're A: Boxer fanboys or B: Micro happy and terran mechanics allows them to concentrate more on unit micro than zerg or toss do. Code S players are a terrible representation of how casual players and even foriegn pros approach this game.

I am a master level player that plays all three races in 1v1, and even I don't think i know enough to comment. all you silver players make me laugh with your OP comments. if you're talking about learning a race to a fairly high level, I personally think protoss is the easiest of the three; terran being the easiest for players of mid diamond and below; zerg always being the hardest to master regardless of the player level. But to be fair, i think zerg has the most potential if anything. Infestors

was due to MAP not RACE. if it's short rush distance, with only 1 path and cliffs, of course terran > toss > zerg. but if it's OPEN field with long rush distance then it's Z >P > T. A terran can't stay on the same macro level as a zerg or protoss late game merely because of how inefficient Terran tech transition and production cycles are. If you went bio as terran by late game... you still just have bio. while a zerg can easily just build one new tech building for transitions

Lol I love the people that post here. Most people flaming here are like bronze - gold. frankly, you're losing because of mechanics problems. It is true that Terran is OP at lower levels simply because of how easy and viable MMM is, but once the toss player learns the magic of forcefields, chargelots, colosus all sudden it's the other way around. Terran's strength is mid game, because Terran has a linear tech path, with the other 2 races has branches. And most of the imbalances in earlier patch

Terrans only op if a noob is playing that race, protoss = high cost, slow build, kickass units- Zerg = low cost, quick build, weaker units (unless massed / bunched up)
Terran = medium cost,medium build time, average troops
All races have pluses and disadvantages, and yes, terran is op if noobs play and wall, but if u have a good player going terran, get ready for a long and fun fight

North America: PvT was 53% Toss
Europe: PvT was 54% Toss
Korea: PvT was 49% Toss
And that was before the 1.4.0 buff for the Toss.
