i put some dry bicarbonate of soda on my under arms before i went out last night, i was dancing for ages, still aint had a shower this morning and my armpits dont smell of ANYTHING, i also use it as shampoo, so glad i discovered this stuff!!!
I'm using an imported product which helps my condition a great deal. I find this much more helpful than sage tea, apple cider. I use an all-over-body herbal roll-on product (it's not available on high streets but can be ordered) when I'm stressed at work and need to give presentations, etc.
Please try Cool Breeze Asia in google. I've also found that a lot of the symptoms can be managed by changing diets. Thanks and good luck, Karl.
when doing this, it common for armpits to sweat the first day or two? Mine did, but now..WOW! I'll never go back to deodorant. I know my hair was really oily the first week of baking sida and vinegar in place of shampoo. But now..WOW! I'll never go back to shampoo.
Thanks Nathan, I got some bicarbonate and rubbed really a tiny amount on and it works incredibly! Only subtle natural fragrances left, not even a tracy of funkiness anywhere (rubbed some on my feet too, no smelliness whatsoever after 5 km walk in the sun). It's all natural and sane, hmmm, just great stuff!
It prevents the body odor associated w/sweat. You will absolutely still perspire; however, sweating is a necessary & healthy bodily function – not to mention a completely natural & universal one since everyone sweats. I was very skeptical about baking soda being effective until I tried it; I was beyond impressed. It seriously works. I'm talking extremely well. I use this and even after 90 min of yoga all I usually 'smell' is my soap, and faintly if at all. Most times I smell nothing whatsoever.
...I tried it today...hope it works! underarm odor really changed my life, lots of discrimination. like the whole school laughs at you, no one wants to be friend of you...etc! if it works, then i'll pursue my dreams! but now im feeling so confident! it doesnt sweat!
Just leave it on. If you're having a negative reaction, try increasing the water:soda ratio, and mixing it more thoroughly in your hands before applying. I know some who pre-mix it in a bottle and spray it on.
Thanks, I think I've developed an allergy to the deodorant I was using, and needed something natural to use to make my pits stop itching. It works really well!

I find that if i use it as a paste (lots of baking soda and a little water) it works best.
