Systematic: rape of women, attempts at suppressing Korean culture, condemning political activism and suppressing freedom, degradation of national identity etc. Im sure some ROK soldiers were brutal but is the South Korean gov't covering up its soldiers brutality in war? SK govt did not do the same against vietnam.

The Japanese govt wanted to get a list of people so they could give them the money directly, but the K govt say they would take care of it..and I'm guessing they pulled a President Roh on the Korean people.Just look it up online. @GisSlicknSmooth it's not that simple. Both the allies and Nazi were committing crimes. The U.S was practicing eugenics before ww2. The Allies are portrayed as the good in a battle against evil in ww2, but that couldn't be further from the truth. WW2 was one of the dirtiest war which was rife with propaganda. The U.S public opinion was against, but the the U.S govt wanted to go to war. So they had to circulate a lot of propaganda to promote the war.

@GisSlicknSmooth I never said that the U.S was evil. I said that the Allies were portrayed as the good guys and the Axis as evil, but both side committed war crimes. The Allies used nuclear weapons on the Japan and conducted many air raid that killed even more people than the A-bomb. I love how you try to twist everything I say in your favor! Unit 731 that conducted experimentation on humans use their finding to cut deal with the U.S in exchange for their freedom.The Allies weren't saints..
